Patti's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Grand Rivers

While the soft serve Sundae and float tasted ok in the end, the employees seemed u interested in working. I ordered a strawberry Sundae. They were out of strawberry. Then, a hot fudge Sundae which was given to me with clumpy hot fudge like curdled milk. I asked the girl and she just shrugged. Then another employee sheepishly said that it was the last of the fudge and a male employee said they needed a new one. I finally got ice cream with chocolate syrup. I’d have expected service and quality to match...

Went there for an ice cream 🍦! Very satisfying experience and the cones look beautiful! My son definitely liked it as there were no leftovers. I ordered snowdust cup and it was great and pretty big!

Also, there are a couple of tables outside, so it's a nice place to sit...
