Food is great, service sucks so bad. As someone who has worked customer service/food service for years I can honestly say I’ve had actually awful service only a handful of times and this was definitely one of them. We walk in after making a mobile order that gave a roughly 20-30 min wait. The time frame it gave for pick up was 7:03PM, we walked in at 7PM. Whomever was at the front was clearly busy taking out the trash which was fine and she still asked if we were there for pick up or ordering in. Told her pick up and she just looked to the back at one of her coworkers. This coworker just asked for the name and then said to us “give it another 20 minutes” okay of course no problem. We also mentioned we wanted to go ahead and order 2 drinks. They say one second and finish taking out the trash, the other lady/coworker did not look at us at all the entire time we stood by the register still waiting to pay for the drinks we wanted despite not doing anything in the back other than joking around with the cooks. So we sat down and waited for someone to come to the front. We wait and wait and no one goes until another customer walks in. It’s the same lady coworker that wouldn’t come to us as we were standing by the register. This lady is very short with her responses apparently to all customers based on her interactions with the others. We stood again and were finally able to pay for two cups to get drinks. Then we wait, 20 minutes pass… we’re still sat waiting. (Also want to mention there’s only 2 other parties in the lobby at the time at the tables) they then call to us to ask what the name for the order was again..we give the name and they begin looking at the tickets they have. They ask if it’s under another name, we show them the app with the name and order. They ask multiple times if it’s under another name despite seeing the name in the app and the order. Then they say they don’t have our order…after initially telling us it’d be another 20 minutes right? Okay. They print out our order ticket from the register since we did in fact place it right it just for whatever reason didn’t print, that of course is out of their control. So while they print this ticket they just sigh and turn away from us , not saying anything to us, no “I’m sorry we’ll have that right out for you” or “I’m going to get this to the back so we can get that out for you” I understand being busy, I understand being stressed especially some place as busy as this. I don’t understand the lack of basic decency and customer service. So anyway, we wait another 20-25 minutes for our order. They hand us the order and say “we added an extra ranch cup”..yeah anyway I just felt like this experience would’ve been made a lot better just by some simple accountability of their mistake and reassurance that they will be prioritizing making it right. It also could’ve been avoided completely if they would’ve actually checked on our order when they first asked our name and then proceeded to pretend to look at our ticket and tell us to wait 20 minutes… The food was thankfully fresh...

You’ll wait your typical wingstop time but it’s worth it! The wings were good quality and none of the overcooked or small sizes I often get at other wingstop. They were seasoned perfectly and so were my fries. (4/6 wings pictured for you to see yourself, I ate the other two before I decided to write a review and MAN were they the bomb!)
The ladies working today were super kind and have such a kind, positive, and welcoming attitude. They took my requests seriously and seem much nicer than other employees at other wingstop.
It’s super hard to have a good attitude when you work at wingstop because we all know the food is cooked to order and takes a minute, it’s hard to have such a good attitude when dealing with hangry customers but these ladies do it like it’s nothing.
