Grocery Outlet — Local services in Grand Terrace

I went to do my grocery shopping at grocery outlet and when I walked in I had other groceries from another store and I had informed the cashier and I asked her should I leave it with you or should just leave it in my cart she said leave it there. Then after finishing shopping I went to pay for my groceries to that exact cashier and then she said can I check in your bags she picked up chocolates and she said there from here. They said they will check their cameras and then the lady’s asked us to pay for it. I paid once more for it just because I didn’t want to waste my. After her manager comes and says it’s not from us . I felt really discriminated. I had my kid with me. It’s a disgusting place due to the staff. They made me fell ashamed in front of the people watching. I frequent this store daily, it's my go to grocery store. I had never encountered such terrible service before. Today I went in and did my normal shopping. I tried to purchase a plant and apparently it was "miss priced" All the plants in the section were mispriced. There wasn't even a price tag with the correct description or price. Not only did they not honor the price displayed, but the produce clerk lied and accused me of moving a tag. I asked for them to review the cameras which they refused and said unfortunately if I didn't want to purchase it for THE PRICE NOT LISTED, they could not honor the price and take a $2 dollar loss. I had rated this 4 stars. However, given their customer relations and an owner who is condescending and unyielding, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. Eric, the ownerwith whom I spoke today misheard what I said as "if you want to cheat" when what I actually said was "if I wanted to cheat" at that point he over talked me and ended the conversation.

The point I was going to make regarding returning a product of which dissatisfied and returned cooked item, but didn't have the receipt, is that I could buy the exact same item and using THAT receipt to return the original dissatisfied item.
