I happened to be at the mall in Grandville were Diamond Factory is located and stopped in the store because I needed my ring fixed as the band had broke due to having it resized many years ago. Adnan Shahzad looked at my ring and said they could fix it, no problem. He also stated they could replace the prongs, as a couple of them were broke, and also polish it up for me. The price he quoted was quite reasonable but the only problem was that I was actually from the Detroit area and was just there for the day. He said that he could ship it to me at no extra cost and I would have it within 3 days. When it showed up on the third day it was just fabulous! You can't even tell where it was broken! And it's no longer jagged from the broken prongs. They cleaned it up for me and now it sparkles like it's brand new.
