Culver’s — Restaurant in Granger

Culvers is a great franchise other reviews were indeed right about this location lacking in quality. First of all my butterburger was undercooked whilst other burgers at my table were overcooked. I'm puzzled how the inconsistency of the burgers varies so much. I'm not sure the manager (who was very inconsiderate and rude) on set cared to look at the quality of the burgers. The cleanliness of the location was horrible. The trash cans were filled for at least the whole hour I was there. The dining room was an absolute mess with napkins on the floor and dirty tables. To provide some context the restaurant was not busy at 8:30. Trying to get a kids meal at any age at this specific location is almost impossible, and the age limit of 12 is ridiculous. I used to work at Culvers you could be 50+ and we would still give out kids meals. It is not the fault of the employees who are just being told what to do, this location overall is poorly managed and I'd hate to bash on the managers but you really do have to take care of the Culvers name. I know the payroll is high and restaurants do have to turn a profit. I'd highly recommend other Culvers locations that are managed well. I do not see myself coming back to this...

I went to the granger location last night to get a concrete mixer. Waited 20 min for a cup of melted ice cream with candy. I didn’t even take a bite out of it and tossed it right in the trash. I called them and a girl answered I explained to her that they pretty much gave me a glass of milk with candy in it. She then asked me if I was still there and I said no I wasn’t. I told her the reason I was calling was to inform them that I had terrible service and tossed $6 cup of ice cream in the trash. She didn’t respond and I heard her hang up on me. So not only did I have bad service while I was there I also had bad service while calling them. Needless to say I won’t be going back...

Very disappointed tonight. I waited in line and the gentleman who took my money was very kind and apologized for the wait I was fine with that. Then I waited even longer Until another car finally pulled up behind me. The employee gave that car their food 1st and it was a larger order than My single order. Then he went back in and got my order. I told him I've been here quite a while I should have had my food first but he said they both came out at the same time which I do not believe. Even if that's the case he should have served me 1st give me 1st and then his friend 2nd.. It may sound pretty to some But I was very disappointed. Normally they do a good job getting...
