Starbucks — Restaurant in Indiana

I came in to get a coffee order because my wife likes the coffee from this place. Personally me and my wife will never come back here again. The barista took my order which had a cold brew and a hot Carmel machioto which she took. I gave a tip more than 20% because I have been a server myself. Shortly after that they called my name when they had one coffee done but not the whole order. I expected them to make the whole order because I personally would not make a order and release it to a customer when it is only half complete. So I asked if the other drink was done too. The lady then got very hostile stating that she had just got the order and would need time to make it. I told her that's fine it's just my name was cold so I was confused as to what was actually happening because like I said, I wouldn't call out a order half made but that's just me. They were quick today because they were dead for lunch time. They clearly have poor management. This is the second time in a 2 month period that they have run out of essencial supplies. First time we ordered two venti size lattes and they gave us 4 smalls. We said it isn't what we ordered and they said they ran out of venti size cups. Had we known we would have ordered large. Buy the time you finish one the other is cold. Today they ran out of sleeves for the cups. They just doubled the cup and said here. If i owned it i would do some serious retraining and or firing! They as some of the star bucks in Indiana and surrounding states are not doing basic cleaning for cleanness. Coffee tasted okay but was not...

The drinks were made good nothing to complain about there but I thought it was kinda rude how the one barista just stood there doing nothing and had other one taking orders and making both drinks by herself.
