Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indiana

The first thing is I stopped there after work,about a 1/2 mile from there,it's Saturday night,and as I start to order the lady comes over the speaker and says I have to have exact change or use a card,and when I tried to tell her that I don't know how much it's going to be,and on top of all this I've been trying to get a Mexican pizza since they came back out,so I called at 7:30 p.m. tonight and the mgr.who answered the phone says " we've had those in stock for the last 4months,so either the employees have been lying on a regular basis about not having them,or the mgr.who answered my call tonight is a bold faced liar! Extremely disappointed in the service,and I will never spend another dime there,and honestly the best thing that could happen to that store is the owner grows a set of balls and either train the employees properly,or shut it down fire every single person there,then hire and train a professional crew! And if I could've given this place has definitely earned negative stars based on their performance over about a 6 month...

This Taco Bell in Granger has been so short staffed.. they often don't have most things that I go to order but, it's what we wanted for dinner last night.. I am SO glad we stopped. We were going to go through the drive thru but, it was pretty backed up so we decided to order inside (dang gas prices). There were TWO gentlemen working that evening. No one else hiding in back- no extra help for drive thru nor counter.. and that Taco Bell was clean, comfortable and those TWO gentlemen working kept their momentum going with great communication among the two of them mixed with encouraging pep talks and shared laughs! It was so awesome to see people working so well together without letting the stress of the job get them down! I wish I thought to get their names- they definitely deserve...

Believe it or not, I’ve had trouble ordering at this Taco Bell. Few months ago , they said they were “out of Mexican Pizza sauce, so they cannot make Mexican pizzas” and I said that that was “fine”. They said then, “actually we can’t make Mexican pizzas. Then recently I went there and I was at the drive through and instead of taking my order they said “10 minute wait to even order”. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes and they said “20 more minutes” when I asked if they were ready. Recently, I’ve had a friend go there and he waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order.
