The Meat Wagon Food Trailer — Restaurant in Grangeville

I guess we came on the wrong day to eat at Muffin Tops this Bakery. When we looked up the reviews, it seemed amazing! Cool little spot before our jet boat and hike through Hells Canyon. The server and hostess Shey was amazing and offered to help and have us a few options and had a smile on the entire time. We were looking for some cinnamon rolls and some good old American breakfast 😋 everything that we asked for they did not have, including a side of bacon. SHEY went to the back a couple of times to ask, and the answer was no. We ended up ordering some biscuits and gravy and a burrito, which was not really that good. The burrito had a bacon, cheese, and hashbrown pre made mixture.

The owner came out and started to tell us what they don't do and how he works 20 hour days or more every day, and his wife called in today! Listen, we all got issues, but we were ready to spend money and have ahesrty breakfast.

Because they are closed till Tuesday, they don't cook fresh Saturday beacuwe.of food waste, which I get, but it was awkward for us to eat and be talked to like we made him.open just for us.

But everyone has a bad day now and again, and I would come back during the week to try the full menu and hopefully see an excited chef. I work in the food industry and know that chefs, no matter what day of the week , they always love...

Tried Muffin Tops while visiting in Grangeville. I walked in about 7:45 on a Tuesday morning and was surprised to find the restaurant empty. I looked at the different options for scones, muffins, donuts and other baked goods in the display cases. I settled on two raspberry fille chocolate covered donuts and one cinnamon/carmel twist. It took the food to go. The baked goods were FANTSTIC! I would try this bakery again when I next am in...

Our favorite restaurant and THE BEST burger in town! We love their menu and local beer selection. The owners are incredibly kind, hardworking people and the customer service is 5 stars! Grab some of their delicious baked goods in the morning, or stop by for dinner - we love that they serve both. I recommend the bacon onion jam burger and the pretzel platter appetizer...and a slice of their cheesecake if...
