2 times in a row,.. the cheesy Hashbrown's that I ordered, they had to replace the next time did to some was cooked to long that there was nothing in the middle & the others tasted like grease that they had been put back into the grease just to hear them to resulting in a very bad taste of grease.... so the 2nd try there was nothing in them... still cooked horribly way to long and burnt & hardly nothing in the middle. I totally understand they're over staffed... but I didn't even bother going back for a 3rd chance for them to mess them up again... in fact I've not been back since...I do know one thing.... They have an AWESOME night manager, but a not so great district manager... I only say this site to the fact that he can show this place to stay open with "NO WHOPPER MEAT!!!",.... this is Burger King- home of the whopper meal place... why not let your staff go home instead of constantly having customer's literally curse them, or order and then pull away & waste food,... & I don't understand why night manager isn't getting some type of incentive or pay raise or something for not only running it herself sometimes but being put in the position to hand everything in her when it should be the district manager.......I don't know anyone except thtough the drive thru, & she's always polite & explains if they're out or there's a wait right after welcoming us there.... but I've been there to many times where their district manager had let the whole crew down....I may be just a customer... but what district...
Read moreI order the 4 for 5 and other items well lets just say that food went to the trash real quick I called to have them fix the issue and with just explaining issue was enough to upset the manager Annie was her name and I explained that no customer should walk out with food looking the way it did and how old it was and I did NOT want any food from them after how I was treated and then after what I got the first time I asked for a refund of just what was nasty and boy did that really set her off she said no refunds here and that's sounds like you problem and I ask to have a number to call she started yelling and she said to hang up and listen to the options then hang up I tried calling back and she took it off the hook but people like her needs to learn customer service skills and second as a manager of a restaurant in the past she needs to be Demoted until she can prove that she can handle. Situations patience and how to handle customers anybody that orders food that is bad or doesn't look good. Is going to ask for it to be replaced or to be a refund. And as a customer you have that option. Again you paid for it. Not to mention that I am a homosexual and the way that she reacted on the phone. By making fun of how I talk, it's not very professional and that alone is a case for slander amongst other laws she has just broke in a three minute convention i have seen other comments about people being hateful and racist i feel this is so very true boy only if I could...
Read moreGreat looking building with very friendly employees. They were able to serve a limited menu of breakfast items after breakfast. They lost a star because either this food was VERY old or they overcooked it. The food was hot, my kids chocolate milk was nice and cold. I’m just confused as to how the food could look and .. worse .. taste so BAD. We were too far away before we knew what had happened. I’ll still probably go there again as we did go there after breakfast.
Each and every employee including the manager were friendly to us and that’s the big win on why I will come back.
