Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Granite City

Not long ago when I got out of the hospital I couldn't drive so I called Papa John's in Granite City to deliver. Long story short, The driver rang my doorbell 10 minutes later, now I ordered wings and bites and a pizza, well the pizza got there and it was half cooked that accounts for the 10 minutes to show up at the door so I called up Papa John's in Granite City The manager was very very rude and told me that I need to drive up there to bring their pizza back and he would see what he could do when I told him I can't drive he told me there's nothing he can do about it. I asked what his name was he told me he didn't have to give me his name and hung up on me. I'm just guessing now but seems to me the manager felt that by rushing the pizza through the oven he could decrease his delivery times and decrease the delivery backlog. Won't be going there again

Then I emailed corporate and they gave me a phone number to record my comments so I also recorded my comments and sent them to them. They said they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours that was a couple weeks ago I've still heard nothing back from them, so sad, used to be a good place but...

My family and I had been ordering from this location for over 10 years. Since the beginning of 2025, however, we’ve had more than just a few bad experiences with delivery. When I went to the location in person, the manager wouldn’t come out of the office. All the staff looked about 16 years old and gave me multiple, conflicting answers to the same questions. I called corporate, but no one ever reached out—though I did receive an email offering free cheese sticks.

My family and I haven’t ordered from this location since our last bad experience—and there have been several. Do yourself a favor and order from Rosati’s; they have better ingredients and better service. I feel bad for the employees who have to work at...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The delivery was scheduled at 11AM. I happened to be in the store at 11:05 picking up a separate order when I received a text stating that my delivery at work would not arrive until 11:35. As I am standing at the counter, a delivery driver walks in to pick up my delivery. Why would I pay for delivery and tip on a meal that will be 35 minutes late? I had co-workers schedule their lunch around this. I was still charged for delivery and tip even though I picked the second order up myself since I was in the store anyway. I never received a call ack from management about my experience. Could not even get anyone to answer the phone the following day. Their service at this franchise...
