Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Granite City

Well the delivery guy was awesome but the manager was extremely rude and awful....first off I orders the cheesy bites pizza and wings I asked for ranch dressing and he said I had to pay .65 cents for it NO PROBLEM I even tipped the driver 10.00 but the ranch wasn't in the bag and the receipt showed I payed for it...sorry I had no ranch at the house so I called pizza hut and the lady said they would give me a credit for .65 cents and I said that does me no good and it don't make sense I said no just bring my ranch she hung up on me " I couldn't believe this " so I called the manager and he agreed with the girl even though I payed for the ranch he would not send it to me so I asked him how old he was he said he was in his 20's I being nice I explained to him that its just good business to give something to a customer if they paid for it and even congratulated him for being the manager at such a young age but I also have a business and told him its not the money its the fact that I paid for something that they were not willing to give me until my next order which will be never but the driver being told not to deliver the ranch to me did it because he said I was so nice and tipped him very well. Story is if you order wings make sure you have Ranch in your fridge cause they charge you for it and if they forget it the young manager wont bring it back to you. By the way he also hung up on me I just spent $40.00 with them and they are not the only pizza...

When I walked in one of the staff members saw me , rolled her eyes turned around & walked away. She didn’t tell me give me a second or I’ll be right with you she just walked away , but was still in my sight. I stood there for a while then I called the store because clearly Maria wasn’t going to help me. As Soon as the phone started ringing from me calling that’s when she came to the register. I told her that was me calling because I assumed she didn’t see me standing right there for so long even though she saw me when I walked in. I called at 7:20 2-25-21 for delivery. At 8:30 i still hadn't gotten my food so i called again and was told the food was on the way. 9:15 i still haven't recipe my food so i call to check what happened. I talked with a manager who told me the driver got lost and my order was canceled by 8:00. I explained i had called at 8:30 and was told the food was on the way. She then told me "they just said that to get me off the phone"!! She preceded to tell me she could send out a fresh order and knock $5 off for the inconvenience. Her attitude was complete rubbish. Needless to say I will never be eating at the granite city pizza hut again. What a joke...
