Hardee’s — Restaurant in Granite Falls

As a former employee, I was penalized for a friend of mine coming in to have a birthday dinner and her having to wait 45 minutes for a milkshake on her birthday while the cashier had enough time to go and smoke three times, Mine and my friends hours were cut to one day a week because of the situation because of a review we had nothing to do with, I can't fathom how that should be taken out on us but we were told that we were going to get fired but our manager stuck up for us, yet another employees husband got a bad review and yet his hours never got cut and he's still gainfully employed. I worked almost an 8 hour shift with no break and didn't even get to clock out on time because that's how busy we were. The service is horrible and slow here and the management needs to looked at, it's not fair to be penalized for something I had nothing to do with, I will never come to or eat at this...

First off the parking lot needs to be fixed. We pulled in to get breakfast very slowly and you can’t even get in the parking lot unless you have an SUV without taking off your front bumper. Also, it has nothing to do with the storms. It is negligence and laziness not to fix a parking lot and let it go like this for years. … Come in from the opposite way three days ago and got food and everybody in the house that ate chicken wound up sick. Nice people don’t matter when it’s costing me doctor visit money and the front end of the vehicle to get to eat. after everyone getting sick, I had already gave into somebody else wanting to go and now that’s another customer you don’t have and that was because of the parking lot. I asked for a quarter pounder with mustard mayonnaise and tomatoes only. When I got back was a burger with onions cheese lettuce and ketchup and pickles. Pretty much the standard Burger. I take it back to the window and tell them that the order was wrong and they asked me what I wanted. They took the burger back and brought it back out with cheese and lettuce on it. And I had so much mayonnaise it was sliding off the bun. So then the man from they kitchen came out. I explained again what I wanted. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. They drive-thru Clerk blamed it on the headset. At this point I just gave up. I tried to eat the burger but the mayonnaise was so thick I just threw it out the window. This is nothing new...
