Three Tigers Brewing Company — Restaurant in Granville Township

First time in the main dining part. Got there around 5:15. Didn’t get a server to the table till about 5:35. Only had one drink and our server didn’t come back to our table for about 20 minutes. And even then didn’t refill our drink. Wanted the sliders for an app. Didn’t have them. So I got the spring roll instead, very tasty and the PB sauce was good. Came out really fast too! Then this is when things started going south. About 6:00 rolls around and our server is still no where to be seen. My girlfriend had a meeting she had to be at around 7:00. We thought it would be enough time to eat and get out by the time she had to be at her meeting. Now comes around 6:15 and our server finally decides to come and check on us. We order and asked if her Rice bowl could come out first since she had to leave. She orders it with no peanut or peanut sauce (allergic). What happens? It comes out with peanuts and peanuts sauce.

So we send it back. Comes back right. After she left, our food comes out. I ordered the same thing as her and my food that comes out was a noodle bowl with peanuts and peanut sauce. Not what I ordered. I then asked if I could have the special instead since they messed my order up. No to that too, all out. Okay. I stuck with the rice bowl. Now, by the time I got my food everyone else was already done eating. My food was good, but not anything super special. I tried the special which is what my brother got and it was fantastic! Sole of the best I had. Should have just ordered that to begin with. Overall the restaurant is cool inside and the food is good and just okay depending on what you order. I was very disappointed in the server and the organization skills. Server btw didn’t write our order down, so I think that’s what lead to the mess up in the first place. We frequent this restaurant at least 2 x a month and have NEVER EVER had a problem with our food until tonight. Our food was burnt and overcooked, we sent one thing back and it came out burnt again but we just ate it and didn’t say anything because they were busy and stuff happens. Well everything else was messed up to and we STILL just ask for what was supposed to be served to us. The server said “I’m so sorry” and went on which was fine because it’s not the servers fault. When we finished she brought us the check with no hesitation or adjustment for the burnt food. We were greeted by Brett the manager who came to our table visibly shaking and sweating ready for an argument. Started to tell him what happened and he had the audacity to say “and it looks like we have comped you many times “ WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE TONIGHT!!! And did not request compensation of any kind but he felt the need to speak out the side of his face like he knew us. I have never felt like I did tonight and we will never be back!! Brett you were unprofessional and lying! We didn’t ask you for anything, only trying to tell you what was wrong so other customers weren’t impacted. I truly hope you learn some new customer service skills and learn to listen before losing you temper on an...

Three Tigers Brewing is located in Downtown Granville. It’s such a cute town with so many places to walk between. They offer craft cocktails & craft house brewed beer. We tried the Lavender Whiskey Sour & Juice Bazooka IPA. We were both happy with our choices! The beer was exceptional. The menu offers great appetizer choices, burgers, salads, Pho and is street food inspired. Our burger and viet dip were both delicious and portions size was big! We can’t wait to come back and try everything! They have live music sometimes too. The garage doors look like they open up to a nice outdoor patio. I look forward to summer to come back and sit out there. They don’t take reservations but we didn’t have to wait for a table. It was a full shortly after. The Christmas decorations were so festive and everything just looked clean and beautiful. The brewery has big glass windows so you can see in there as well. They have biodegradable take home containers which is a huge plus for me! They also have 6-packs of beer ready to purchase to take home. I thought it was cool that for $10 you can buy the kitchen...
