I am very disappointed with my order. My food is burnt and just not cooked properly. Come on associates let’s do better and actually CARE about how the customers food is presented. For example, how are my hash browns burnt but somehow soggy, I don’t understand. My smackin’ bacon wasn’t so smackin’ - IT WAS BURNT. Atmosphere and service was good but the kitchen staff needs to do better!!
