WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

If I could give this place a "0 star" review, believe me I would. This is actually the first review I've ever made, normally I don't care enough to go online and write something out, but this was by far the worse experience I've ever had when trying to PLACE AN ORDER. I called to make a delivery order. The "Customer service rep" was incredibly rude, kept covering the phone (not very well, I might add) to ask his boss questions about my order, was completely unknowledgeable about the menu, computer system, delivery, just every aspect of his job. I should mention that the "Customer service rep" who answered my call first argued with me that his store would NOT deliver to my location, 5 miles away. I had to convince him that I was, in fact, within their delivery range (I looked it up online before calling.) Then, when I tried to place my order for the continental breakfast, I could overhear his boss (a female) in the background, retorting in a disgusted voice that "Tell her that the pastries are FROZEN; they're going to be frozen when she gets them." He then came back on the phone and said, yeah the pastries are gonna be frozen. They're in the freezer... so yeah...." What the heck? Is this how you try to "upsell"??? I was completely disgusted with this service, and the sad thing is this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Jason's Deli.

I told the "customer service rep" to forget the order, as I am not going to try to CONVINCE a company to take my business. Instead, I went with Panera Bread catering, where I had a wonderful experience, and gave them my $75 worth of business, which I guess is insignificant to Jason's Deli. We travel to this location instead of Lewisville, which I’d give 4 stars, for less food on sandwiches and food in general mostly, and Flower Mound, which I’d give 3 stars (too crunched in the booths, not enough food on the servings, louder, smaller location), because the food portions are generous, look healthier, there is more space for seating, larger windows, better service, better clean salad bar, managed well. The ice cream/dairy machine with free cones or cups is delicious and always a great consistency, working, with cones stocked.

Everything just seems fresher and better maintained. Service is fast even when busy. Staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledgeable about the menu. You can’t go wrong with this location. It’s worth the distance for me. Plus driving across the fairway road with the spillway and golf courses, lake, Rockledge Park and Gaylord is a nice treat, although it’s been closed for repairs lately.

In general the ingredients are listed with calories and you can be sure you’re not getting trans fat or unhealthy additives as they strive to keep natural ingredients a priority. There is something for everyone, however. Love going there and the variety, but I love getting my...

I enjoy the Jason's deli as for their salad bars. If you haven't tried it there is a huge variety and everything is good and fresh.

I also enjoy a number of different sandwiches that they prepare, my personal favorite is the muffuletta. If you've never tried one you should give it a shot. It's a great sandwich they offered in a number of different varieties at Jason's.

Don't overlook the soup, normally I like the chicken noodle which has plenty a chicken and is nice and creamy.

With regard to this particular location, the manager is there much of the time and the operation runs pretty smoothly. Even during busy mealtime periods, the service is good.

Right now they are still batting 100% on not making any mistakes on any of my orders. Let's hope they can keep it up! The staff seems to be tuned in pretty well to customer service,So I would suggest giving this location a try.
