Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gray

Revised 5/13/2022: Dunkin needs to make Dart produce a tighter fitting lid or buy the correct lid to fit your plastic cups for cold drinks. For one they never stay on and two, they dribble all over it’s really quite annoying. Starbucks doesn’t have that issue! They use a sipper type lid and it doesn’t need a straw. That also gets rid of troublesome and unrecylceable plastic straws. This isn’t such a hard thing to remedy. If you can’t adapt I guess can go to Starbucks!

I think service could be faster! I go here pretty often every week and when I order breakfast sandwiches, they are always fresh and hot. I also usually get the cinnamon coffee rolls, which are great. I have to get my ice tea everyday and Dunkin’s are nice fresh brewed with sweetener of your choice.

Updated 07/19/2020: I have come here during COVID 19 quite a few times now and today cars were lined up out onto rt 26, however the line actually moved pretty fast and has been pretty good. The lobby is still closed but they are actually doing quite a good volume of business with the drive thru. When you do come for the drive thru, there needs to be a space left in the line right at the back corner of the building where the drive up window is. The cars coming from the drive up window on the back of the building need a space so they can cross thru the line to get out. It works pretty well when the space is available! I actually changed my rating up to 5 stars now. The prices are pretty good and maybe a bit cheaper then other coffee shops. So good job Gray Dunkin!

There are many great things on a Dunkin menu, but this location is notorious for getting our order incorrect. You must check your bag and your coffee before pulling away from the window. They also take your order at the speaker then when you pull up to the window ask you to repeat the entire order which gets difficult if you have a car load of people. It's clear they are not punching your order into a register when you are at the speaker. Their coffee is often wrong. And let's not forget this physical location is terrible. The entrance to this establishment is only available from one direction on the road, forcing all traffic from grey center to turn around in driveways (and most don't allow turning around) You'd save a lot of time going to McDs, PR getting your morning coffee and snacks from the new Cumbies. I avoid this location if I'm able to plan it out. I'll stop at the Auburn pike Dunkin or the falmouth Dunkin if I can plan...

I went through the drive through the other day. I mobile ordered a coffee, I guess it didn’t go through but I saw the transaction in my bank account. I went to the drive through and said I had a mobile ordered and they told me to pull up. When I pulled up the woman at the window was literally awful extremely rude and uneducated. I know I made the mistake that my coffee didn’t go through but she kept a very snarky tone and spoke to me rudely and she was asking for the receipt online and I asked how to I get there and she couldn’t tell be. On top of that I said “is it in the transaction history” and she said no (it was there). I apologized for my mistake cause I really thought it went through and I immobile ordered from there often, I just couldn’t believe how rude and quite frankly bitchy she was. I wish I got her name but oh my god I’ve never had someone be so unpleasant to be around. Might wanna reconsider your career in...
