Gambino's Pizza — Restaurant in Great Bend

My wife and I ate at this place on the evening of 10/26/22 .. and the following is exactly what the receipt says we paid . Small Cheestick Pizza $10.99 Tortellini Alfredo $11.99 2 all you can eat salad bar $21.98 2 17 ounce sodas $4.58 Tax $4.32 Total of $53.86 The food was disappointingly low quality and the quantity was insufficient compared too price . The owner replied too me stateing if I was unhappy with service I should have stated it and orderd something else . I had no problem with staff .. just disgusted by low quality food at a steak house price I paid. Plus if they are so proud of their products then why does their online menu have no prices listed on it . I was also told by the owner that I should be more understanding that with inflation and the economy that they are just trying too make a living. Well they can keep on gouging their customers and selling poor quality food if they like. I just know that we will never waste a dime in that...

Very disappointed! Figured I'd order from them because their calzones have amazing taste. Until now I've never had a problem with the time frame.... I ordered online at 1:10, my order was supposed to be here around 1:54. Yet I didn't get it until 2:18. An hour and 8 mins. It shouldn't take that long! the driver threw me attitude as soon as he got to my front door. Was flinging my bag that was holding my calzone. And if that wasn't enough, it gets so much better! I call to complain and was given excuses, they tried to offer a replacement because my calzone was cold. I thought okay cool I'll still be able to eat and it'll actually be hot! Nope, got my hopes up only to find out it would take another 20-30 mins for me to get a new one. By this time I'm no longer hungry and just plain cranky that they couldn't have actually taken the time to put my food in one of their warmers😑 Pizza hut...

We have to save up to eat here so when we finally have a night we get to order a mobster and cinnamon streusel desert pizza we can't wait.except for this evening when both pizzas tasted horrible the mobster was soo dry and not even warm and the dessert pizza more then half was over baked and hard as a rock.we paid over $50 for this order .the delivery guy was very sorry it took soo long and we can forgive him but then to receive such poor quality in the pizzas we usually look forward to eating sucked also we felt we needed to say something .I tried calling at 9pm but Noone answered so that is why I'm on here to complain .$50 is alot of $ for our budget and feel the owner should know about it .we don't like to complain but this was over the top really bad .hope this will help in some way improve the gambinos we usto look forward to eating .sincerely...
