I come here a lot. I love the food it’s great and so are most the employees. On the other hand there’s this one lady with brown hair who’s rude, not only to me but to other costumers as I’ve seen. I love coming here because it’s a nice spot, but I changed my mind on what I ordered. Before I even paid I asked for it to be changed to a muffin and she got really aggressive and rude. Then she gave me my items rudely and didn’t even mix my drink. She just gave it to me with all the ingredients separated in the cup. This is the absolute BEST coffee shop in Great Falls. It is so comfortable and welcoming. The atmosphere is modern rustic upscale. The decor is a mix of gold, glam and exposed bricks.
