Taco Treat — Restaurant in Great Falls

Came in today with my husband and my dad, we ordered our food and it was kind of a lot. Bethany carried out 2 trays at once and dropped my cheese fries. Then she threw her hands up and walked away, no apology and no attempt to clean up the mess. She asked the cooks (very loudly) to remake them while another girl with glittery eyeshadow cleaned up the mess and apologized. We got our new fries and she basically threw them on the table and walked away, again, no apology, nothing. You think it would be done there, right? Nope the whole time we sat there and ate. We had to listen to her very loudly talk about how she didn’t care that she dropped our food, and it was an accident, but kept stating how she didn’t care and then to top it all off her hyena laugh is super annoying. I will only give us one more shot because my husband likes the food, but I’m telling you right now that if we walk in and she is working, we will turn around and leave, I understand that finding workers is hard this day and age, but I’m almost positive you guys can do better than her. We went in to have a quick bite to eat about 8 pm on a Friday night. First off it took forever. They had a huge vacuum pulled out and was in the back seating area. Everyone that sat back there had to walk over it coming and going. The place was very busy. Then a man came in asked for someone. The girl in a pink hoodie came out from the back and they both were at the end of the counter. The visited for a quick 30 seconds and then proceeded to Make Out right there in front of everyone included young children sitting right there at the high top table. And not just a kiss but full blown make out that she had to remove her headpiece for the drive thru. This went on for 5 minutes. The place was very dirty and run down. There were pieces missing from the fireplace. The staff all had on baggy pants and dirty shirts. Very very disappointed that this place that was so busy and thriving has become so very rundown and a lot of undesirables working there. Won't be going back any time soon. Food wasn't...

The laziness and poor attitude of 80% of the employees are the issues with this place. I have never once been treated with any sort of respect at these establishments. Then I had some food door dashed to my work last night because I had a craving for some cheese crisps and ordered some fried flour super tacos. Apparently making my food the way I ordered it was too much work because they made one cheese crisp, then threw some old fries in a container with some cheese on it because that's comparable enough right? Then instead of making the fried flour tacos they took a flour tortilla threw cheese and meat in it and just microwaved it. Seriously you should do a full cleanse of your staff and...
