Taco Bell — Restaurant in Great Falls

Friday was my daughters birthday and she wanted some taco bell. We went through the drive through and we got all the food we ordered but it was all cold. The fried foods were especially bad. I ordered 2 chalupas and they seemed like they weren't fried at all. Either that or they sat out all day. So were the fries. They also didn't give us a receipt so I came inside literally right after the drive through. The staff took 20 min to find my receipt. They acted like they just couldn't find it. I've worked in fast food for many years as a GM. The reason they won't give ppl their receipt is so you have no way of complaining or proving you ate there. It keeps them from being held responsible for their terrible service. After the crew figured out I wasn't leaving without a receipt they gave me a ticket. There's a difference between a receipt and an itemized ticket which just shows what you ordered. It doesn't have the total or any of the specific info your receipt would have. This place is going to make someone sick (if they havent already). This used to be one of the best fast food locations in the city. I've never seen a restaurant go so far down hill. I get that decent fast food workers are harder to find but that's no excuse for the dining room to be filthy and the food to be disgusting and old. The whole kitchen was dirty and it was all a disaster. I could've made everything better at home. Obviously they won't give my money back or make it right so I just won't ever go back. I recommend you don't eat here unless you want food poisoning or you just want to waste your money....

I made a moblie order yesterday at 9:44pm, I get to the Taco Bell on 10th at 9:55pm just to not be greeted by any of the workers nor any of the other customers in line. After 15min of just waiting I finally got someone's attention and they said they would check me in. Another 10min go by and I ask how much longer since all I had is nachos, 2 tacos, and cinnamon twist. They then told me they would start my food. START MY FOOD?? It's been over 35min now!! After many angry people and door dashers started getting mad after being there as long as I was and still not greeted once they started asking "HELLO?? Anyone working here??" An older black gentleman comes out and says you're all last on the list the drive thru is more important and yelling is going to get us nowhere when everyone just wanted to be greeted or acknowledged. After 45min of waiting I can see my food just sitting on the counter and no one would respond to me or look my way even though I said it's literally right there!!! Upon finally getting my food ONE HOUR LATER!! FOR 4 things!!!! I ask to talk to the manager as did everyone else and he said he was too busy! He was a young blonde punk that wouldn't even look at me and was there the whole time and didn't care. I finally get home just to get this pure disappointment of food! The nachos were just chips!! Why?? Because I asked you to do your job?? DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!! THEY WONT GET YOUR FOOD OR ACKNOWLEDGE YOU OR OFFER YOU A REFUND!!! Absolutely worst experience I've ever...

Giving taco bell a rating of (1) one is higher than I care to give it I only choose 1 because the girl taking the order was very patient with my 83 year old friend I'm a bit younger ten years approximately the prices are high in my opinion for what is on the menu, when the things were packaged neither of us could figure out who's was who's and the drinks we're too expnsive if McDonald's can sell drinks for around a dollar I think taco bell can too, if maybe they should just give up in the fast food industry, but the two things that put me over the edge we're taking a bite of the thing that was supposed to be food that my friend and I expected to be enjoyable we're not, not at all and just as I took my first bite we both we're told we had to leave( right then and there we asked if we could finish our food and we we're told we had to leave right then in other words we needed to leave we did nothing wrong we are not rude it was simply that they must have wanted us gone, I have two questions, one why did they allow other people in after us and why weren't we told they we're going to do that to us I have no desire to return to taco bell and I felt there was no reason to try to eat something that may have been thrown together just to get the money and then ask us to leave I completely lost my appetite, and anyone that knows me will tell you I DON'T USUALLY THROW FOOD AWAY!!!
