09/02/2018 We went to Chili's tonight at 5pm and sad to say we walked out. We started to place or order and the waitress informed us they were out of that item, so tried and order Southwest eggrolls and they were out of that also. Another couple got up and walked out just a few minutes before we did.
08/03/2018 had a great experience at Chili's, the service was really good and or good came out far and prepared correctly. They also know honor Chilli's rewards 😁 sign up and receive free chips and salsa in every visit.
Another update.. Just went to Chili's and the service was five stars. They are really stopping up there game. Had a great time with the family.
"UPDATE" I contacted Chili's about my experience and cookies did take steps to make this location better. I gave them another try and all was good. Service this time around was great, they have a new manager that's is working on the customer experience.
The Chili's here in Great Falls MT felt this was appropriate to server my child. Not only was this allowed to get past the expeditor my friends order 3 burgers with no sauce and they all came out with mustard on them. The MIC didn't really take these issues very seriously and rolled her eyes when I told here that if I had ever sent food out that looked like this I would have gotten into serious trouble. Rather than being apologetic she places all the blame on the server " who was not really good to start with" and the cooks. She took no responsibility for letting the food get past her "she was the one expediting". I thought there service was starting to get better but apparently it is not. Read moreI brought my mother to Great Falls for her appointment at Sletten Cancer Institute and her choice was to eat at Chili's. When we came in the waitress told me that we can pick a table in the bar area. I stated I cannot eat in there due to I am a recovering alcoholic and asked if we could sit in the dining area. She said she would ask her mgr since the waitress for that area was getting off work and the dining room was "closed". She came back and said we could sit in those 1st 2 rows so she could see us since she would be our waitress. By this time my mom was coming from the restrooms. So I picked a table in the area she said we could sit. Another waitress came and told us that we cannot sit there in the dining room at all. Mind you this was in front of other diners and there were at 5 other tables of people eating. So basically we felt like we weren't allowed to eat at their restaurant. Mind you my mother is disabled and uses a Walker so getting around is a chore for her. She also said the bathrooms were gross and the handicapped stall was broken and unable to flush. She needs the rails in that stall to get up and down. Going through this bad customer service experience really brought our spirits down especially with the fact this was my moms 1st appointment at the cancer center there. This place used to be a solid 1-star with poor choice in staffing, worse choice in management, and even worse inconsistency in restaurant cleanliness and meal presentation.
Now, it’s coming back into what the franchise is supposed to look like. This restaurant’s biggest hurdle though is trying come back during a COVID year. It suffers right now with not being able to be fully staffed so you feel things are a little rushed, but you see that the people there are trying to provide as best they can.
So, my suggestion if you come here during COVID restrictions, come with some time to spare. You will be tended to, it will take time. Give their newer menu items a try as they have recently re-established their offerings and so far they’re all good. Adult beverages here are good as well with my favorite being the Presidente Margarita, make sure to have a designated driver after you’ve had it though.
Like I said, this place is a 3-star still going up, give it a try.
UPDATE It’s been a little while since I wrote the above review. They’ve got a good groove on how to do business, good people, and they’ve got a good way forward I think. I’m adjusting to four stars!...
