Ford's Drive-In — Restaurant in Great Falls

Again there is absolutely nothing special here food wise. The food is pretty standard "fast dinner" food but it's not "bad" it's dependable good standard dinner food where most things see the fryer. (Most Americans will eat a tire if it's deep fried though) the menu is straight from the 70s and hasn't been updated since then I don't think. There are many things you can order that are not on the menu so ask about corn dogs and tater tots or alla cart. They are willing to do what you like for the most part. But if you like shakes then theirs around 50 flavors of mediocre shakes. Their fries are good though and stand apart from other places and come with a smile face tatertot gem. The reason you go here is the experience to pull up to a drive in, park under the canopy, have a girl run yes RUN to and from your car to wait on you. Then experience eating in your car. It looks like a nostalgic drive in and at night lights up retro tastic. So it's not really the food your going their for it's the experience and it's a cool one. Go check it...

This used to be my One of my favorite places to stop on my way out of town I absolutely love to support local however I think this is my last time They have change their hours And even though I was there Well Before closing I was Ignored literally parking in front of their door for over 10 minuteso that they could say that I was too late and the grill was closed. (40 mins before closing) As a small business owner in the food industry I do not support shutting the Grill off and leaving the open sign on I couldn't even get a milkshake all I could get was a fountain soda which I can get at the gas station Next door for cheaper This is probably the 8th time I have given this a try and had the exact same experience There will not...

We arrived at 7:!20pm. There was another car there. They ended up leaving as no one came out to take are orders. They came out at 7:32pm and asked what we needed. I gave her my order,than she informed me she could not do it as the shut the grill off at 7:30. The only thing they were serving was shakes and some other ice cream. I was not impressed since it says you are open until 8 pm. They completely ignored us until it was after 7:30. We could see them standing in there when we pulled up. So because the girls working there wanted to get out of there. You lost 4 customers. Not a good way to do business. Maybe there should be a sign up that says we don't make food after 7:30. Even tho we were there before 7:30...
