The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center — Local services in Great Falls

Pretty good thrift store. It has a lot of older items from a few months back that I can remember. The book section has a lot but not organized. You need a volunteer opportunity, I bet if you ask them to bring in some people to organize those books, that would be rad. Bathrooms were very clean, the store was organized, and it had a huge selection of clothes and random items. If you like StarWars, there was a small section of books and other things you might like. Support the local community and check this place out....

I'm visiting from GA, and this is the first time that my daughter took me to this store. We love thrift shopping, antique, and we'll any old good sale. 😆🤣😂 I was very impressed with how well this thrift store was set up, great floor plan. The shelves weren't to cluttered, so you could actually see things better. The staff was great, wearing elf costumes they were looking cute. Also this is one of the cleanest stores I have been to in a long time. So great job to the staff at the Salvation...

Horrible customer service things r put in the wrong spot with no tags all coats are 8 dollars unless marked other wise ya ok until u get to the counter and the lady decides to make a big scene saying this isn't the case it suppose to be 20 like that is somehow my fault news flash it was donated to this store ! I will be making a call to the manager in the morning about her !! No longer donating to them or shopping here either !! working here does not give u the right to treat...
