Taco John's — Restaurant in Great Falls

Needed something quick for lunch and had been craving an apple grande, I couldn't get it though as they were out of apples. That's okay, it's a popular seasonal item and they probably make a lot of them. So I ordered something else I thought might be quick. There was two cars in front of me & a couple behind. I waited about 20 minutes before getting to the window and they gave me a price almost triple of what had been quoted what I ordered so I questioned it. She rattled off an order that definitely wasn't mine so I told her what I had ordered. She shut the window without saying anything & kept looking at her screen. Opened the window again, asked what my order was then asked if a car in front of me had left. (Well, yes. They had ordered before me, I assume they'd get their food before me). She then shut the window again without saying anything and kept looking at her screen then yelled something toward the back. Apparently they gave my order to someone else?!? Thanks for the long wait for nothing. This place has just gone downhill, guess I'll try a different mexican place when I need a quick lunch. Really don't wanna hate on this place, but it's this location in particular I had an issue with. I had come through a few times, anywhere from 30-45 minutes before closing. When I ordered in the drive thru, I was consistently told they were "out of" menu items and I could not order what I wanted. This happened over the course of a few times. I get it, it's close to closing time and the crew has cleaned and gotten the store ready to close as soon as the clock hits 11pm. I know someone coming through to order 30 minutes before closing is annoying, I've been there myself. But still, it's not like I'm ordering 25 burritos for my drunk friends and being a punk about it, I just wanted a meal when I got off work at 1015 PM on my way home. When in there on 8-10-18 probably the worst experience I've ever had the newbie trainee was complaining about having to do a closing shift saying this is why you shouldn't have a new person on nights... my response was I'm sorry you have no desire to learn your job. The other 2 that were working looked like they were tired of her attitude as well she forgot to put my name on my order which caused the other 2 workers to almost give my food to someone else and on my friends order he asked for it to go and she couldn't do that I like this location cause the people that work there are good at what they do.
