Starbucks — Restaurant in Greeley

I went this Starbucks today to get a peppermint mocha frappocino with extra stuff in it like blonde shots, vanilla bean powder, and mocha drizzle on top. When I went I noticed the flavor was off and I kindly asked for it to be remade, but got a rude response back from the girl who made it.I have worked for Starbucks before and know how these drinks are supposed to be made and how the response to customers are supposed to be. When she remade it the second time it still didn't look or taste right and there was no peppermint, there was no vanilla bean in it ,not the correct shots in it, and not correct topping at all in the drink. I went back again to ask for it to be fixed when that same lady came up to me saying she was the supervisor and how she was allowed to treat me this way and then pulled me aside to argue that it was made right and she did nothing wrong.She told me to get it remade again or get a refund. I knew I should've went to the bean, which is literally across the street, but I thought I'd give this one a try ordered a mocha Frappuccino with the extra shot and they gave me a venti caramel frap. So I was hungry because it's early in the morning, but I try one of the burritos and overly microwave. This thing is, like super super hard. It's altered to have very little insides.
