McDonald's — Restaurant in Green Bay

The Main Street McDonald's is the happening place to be every morning for breakfast where many delightful coffee clutch groups gather to catch up while enjoying the best coffee around. Who needs the other places when you get great service and comfortable surroundings with free WiFi and at better prices here?! The owner often personally makes her rounds to ensure your visit is a great experience. I especially like that this place goes above and beyond, leaving coffee and the fixings out on the counter right up until lunch so guests can enjoy free refills at their convenience. You will also see parents out with younger children before they start their work or school days...delightful!

Come lunchtime, you will see the place bustling with many teens on their lunch breaks as well as business people who come to relax or perhaps hold a small meeting. Suppertime tends to bring in many families who enjoy the traditional McD's experience. I will be honest here...the staff has become like extended family and I enjoy coming in at least three times each week (sometimes more)! When I have gone to other McDonald's restaurants, the atmosphere and service are not quite the same. I happen to have another McDonald's closer to my home, but go out of my way to stop...

There are a few key people when you get them as the crew through the drive through who are truly worth remembering their names to thank them for being at work that day. As for any other time of the week, especially going inside to order, don't expect anything in your order to be correct, don't expect anyone to take you seriously as if it matters to try a second and sometimes even a third time, and don't expect them to approach you or your order before they clear out the drive through first no matter how long you might be waiting inside. I truly honestly sometimes simply get handed the wrong order multiple times, I have always been polite, and by the second try I usually just walk out with whatever they hand me. The sandwiches are slipped together and all over the place, the coffee is usually poured without anything you asked to be added, and that's not an overstatement, and they half fill the large fries. I have even called and asked management why it's happening, "it must just be the way the fries fall into the cup" is the answer I got. Went to the “Open 24/7” MacShack this fine Friday morning, approximately 4am. Was a great start to my morning, got an early start and after all, it was a Friday! Some unfortunate, unforeseen circumstances occurred the day prior when i was tragically late for work. In conjunction with my crews immaculate craftsmanship and hard work, I pre-meditated my Friday morning to accompany a little road trip to the Mac-Shack before my hour and a half long excursion to work. But when I pulled up to the “Golden Arch” they were closed. Unacceptable. Apparently Ronald doesn’t want my almighty dollar. Being a FALSELY ADVERTISED “Open 24/7” restaurant publicly posted online, and for all my time spent running to 3 separate MacShacks this morning and not obtaining a single breakfast burrito I can only hope Mr.McDonald can get my impeccable crew some breakfast burritos in an effort to make up the lost time spent this morning. My condolences go to anyone who has gone thru this or something similar. I have an aspiration that your Friday morning ends superior to mine.
