Despite the claims of “we will buy anything of value” I came with an assortment of different items, ranging from electronics to household items. I recently moved and wanted to get rid of some of the stuff I never use. The man who helped me didn’t even glance at any of the things I brought in, and only wanted the AirPod pros and 2 Nintendo switch games. The AirPods were a month old, $190 new, and still in new condition, and the 2 games were decent switch games. He offered me $40 for the 3 items out of the however many I brought in. I understand the pawn shop needs to make its money. But those air pods could easily be sold for 120-150 and the best you could offer me out of pretty much straight profit is 30 dollars? Come on. Dude was pretty rude to me the entire time too. Will not be returning and will actively tell others not to do buisness here. Unless you want to be made or o feel stupid and get ripped off, stay away. Sell your stuff...

Mngrs are terrible and a bit rude and insulting . I looked at an old desktop that was by no means in good shape , the face plate was tore off , it had no operating system and was basically a dusty pos . I was interested in it for the memmory alone . The had it priced at 164.00 and told me it had an operating system and working hard drive (it had neither) so I asked them if they would sell it for 100.00 dollars because it did not work like they advertised and the mngr told me he would'nt go lower than 150.00 it had only been out a day .(in a condecending voice) The tag had it marked as being out since feb of 2017 . So not only was he rude he was just plain lying on top of it . I exited withput another word , I dont deal with...

Had instore credit for a while and bought ps4 after a month or 2 and had a hard time with manager about me showing a picture of receipt. So went home and got it even though another employee told me it was fine and to do so in case receipt numbers rubbed off. Still have 46.22 remaining on balance. Went back over 30 days later and my in store credit is no longer valid. Thought gift cards and instore credit cant Depreciate over time? Then the store manager comes out again to talk down to me and offer me a "deal" on the games i wanted to buy. Why would i do business with a company that tteats people like that and takes money without cause. Never once was told my in store credit would expire. Dont gp to those...
