Drive thru slow and confusing. First, getting in and out is dangerous for the location. Its Rte 22 so cars are going fast when they pull in, but the drive thru exit is right by the entrance ramp so there's possibility for head on collisions if you're not careful. Second, two drive thru kiosks doesn't mean there are two staff persons taking orders to make it faster. At least not when I was there. Then, the ordeal with my order... Ugh... I placed an order for three of us. I pay at the first window and when I get to the pick up window I get half the order. When I ask for the rest of my order huge confusion breaks out. They take my receipt. They take the bag back. They get the drive thru staffer out who says I didn't pay. He asks me for my receipt and how much I paid, but they took everything from me to investigate! What kind of shenanigans is this? At this point I have no food, no receipt for the food I paid for, and the whole staff has stopped what they are doing to look at the customer who the staffer says didn't pay. What's going on here?!? Now I have to repeat my whole order so the confused staffer can make sense of things. He says I only paid for one order and not the second order. What?!? I'm one car. How can I place two orders? Well, the way that happens is when the staffer taking your order has a work headset in one ear and his Bluetooth in the other ear on a personal call. Now I have to ask him how much is the second order he created so I can pay him so I can get my food. By now my "first order" bag has been passed around to three staffers before I get it back. Opened up, poked through, prodded and investigated. Getting colder by the second. I finally get my "second order" so my family can eat. What an ordeal! Why am I treated like a criminal because you're staffer isn't paying attention? I should've just gone in and used the new kiosks to place the order myself because drive thru can't...
Read moreBreaks my heart to write such a bad review for a place my toddler and I go to every Friday to celebrate with a happy meal, however the experience I had today would ensure I never ever go back again. As our Friday ritual my daughter and I went for our happy meal and 3 artisan chicken sandwiches. Upon reaching home i noticed we had only got 2 artisan chicken sandwiches, I called to notify them and they asked me to come in and they’d give me the extra burger. I had to leave my daughter halfway through her lunch and come back to get it just to hear the so called “manager” Johanny say “oh it’s been a long time since you got your order and although we’re pretty sure we gave it to you I’ll give it to you again” I am totally not sure what that meant but am pretty positive that’s an indication to the customer lying. At which point I asked her if she’s implying I’m lying over a little sandwich? She just stated shut and I did tell her I’d complain about this service and she just said “sure that’s your right” and that’s it. She didn’t try to resolve the matter in fact had the biggest smirk and attitude I’ve seen till date. I parked my car and came back in to confront her about the foul attitude and she just stayed shut and so did every staff making the me look like a fool to be upset about being accused of lying about getting my sandwich. I will be complaining about this pathetic service to the head office. So unfortunate as my daughter and I enjoyed picking up our happy meals every Friday and now we’d be going to...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE! I have lived in the Greenbrook area for the last five years. This location never seems to get anything right. Every time I’ve ordered from here, it’s been wrong. I’m constantly charged for a small things like sauces and when I go to get the order, I’m missing half of it. I go through the drive-through only to have to park and wait For simply a quarter pounder, meal and nuggets. Tonight I had enough, I had placed an order through The McDonald’s app and only half of the order showed up, even though I was charged the full amount plus the delivery fee. I called the store because I wanted a refund (just for the missing items) after so many times it’s just the principal of customer service. They told me I would need to come down to the store, which I wasn’t able to do. Hence, why I ordered the delivery. They refused to give me a refund and blamed Uber eats when the order was taped shut in McDonald’s. Not only are they not taking responsibility for their own behavior, but want you to take it up with a third-party app that might take it out on the driver who did nothing. The employees I spoke to over the phone tonight refused to give me any name or information so I could talk to the manager the next day when I could make it down to the store. Overall, I wouldn’t leave this long a review for a fast food place, but really don’t eat here. I know the Burger King up the road closed, but you would have better luck with the rats in their parking lot than you would the employees in...
