As a regular customer of over 2 years I would love to give 5stars all around, but unfortunately this place is severely inconsistent. We live right down the road, eat here often (3+ times per week) and typically we are very happy and the food is delicious! However, the food quality is so inconsistent it borders on robbery. I'm talking 5star to zero star inconsistencies. To charge the same price for good food/mediocre/bad food no matter the circumstance is just poor business practice. I would love to update this review if someone actually cared to correct their mistakes, but instead these complaints are met with attitude and dismissal. UPDATE: We returned to the restaurant about 40 hours later and were told "we should have called earlier"... but they were closed by the time we received this food, and we weren't eating out the next day so we assumed it would be fine to raise the issue the next time we ordered food from them. We had photo evidence that the food was not consumed, but they tried to tell us we took photos of food that wasn't from their restaurant! The owner himself said 'I usually don't deal with people like you, I just kick them out and don't allow them to return' but after an argument and a promise to remove this review, they agreed to remake our food. I have quite a few photos over the past year of their food being inedible, but this is the first time we have ever raised a complaint. To be treated like this over their own mistake is entirely unprofessional, therefore I will not be removing the review as this should serve as a warning to future customers. Also, I realize I didn't clarify this earlier: these photos show a cobb salad that came without any bacon or grilled chicken, and the wings were dry and pink in the middle. We've eaten wings from here and gotten sick before so we didn't take the chance this time.

Came at 3:40 pm on a Saturday and we were sat by 4:15. It was very busy and we were very hungry. We sat there for 5 minutes, 10 minutes and not one person came to us. We decided we should get someone’s attention because there must have been a miscommunication(super common). We started making eye contact and making gestures with workers. They just gave us weird looks and didn’t come(because we weren’t their tables). 15 minutes, 20 minutes. Yeah, we were a bit disgruntled. After 25 minutes finally got our server! She came with waters (nice) and we told her we were ready to order. She took our orders, and she was very thorough. Food came out fast, and was DELICIOUS!!! The drinks came in around the same time as well. When she came to collect the bill and saw it was cash, she said to us, “don’t worry guys you’ll never see me again”. We were very confused because we had been very polite to her and we never said anything rude. The moral of this story is that this could have been avoided if the young lady came over to us and said “hey I’m aware you guys are here, but we are super busy. Please give me 10-15 minutes. Acknowledging a customer is key to customer service. This can be a learning lesson for a lot of the staff because they mostly seem to be young. Walking past your table and not acknowledging them will not make your problems go away FYI.

My family had Din Din here two nights in a row. The first night we had the Smokehouse Mac. I would have this mac & cheese over and over and over if I could. It was so delicious, extremely satisfying, most certainly homey and comfy. The following night we enjoyed the Smoked Brisket. It didn’t come with a side of vegetables however we ordered a side of broccoli and it was the most beautiful broccoli I’ve ever ordered. It was large and it was seasoned well and it was cooked to perfection and had texture as well. It came with the brisket, which was the highlight of the dish. The brisket melts in your mouth. I’d rate the mashed potatoes 7/10. It wasn’t as buttery or creamy as I’d prefer. But it was delicious. I can’t get over those delicious crispy, very tasty fried onions that are topped and garnished. It was indeed filling, worth every penny. I recommend both dishes and give them both 11/10. Both dishes were a bold definition of comfort food.

We used to go here a lot. Always loved the food. But after the new manager told me last June she wouldn’t honor our reservation that I had made 6 months earlier for a party of 25 for our rehearsal dinner and then tonight we called to order 4 appetizers to go. Was told to call back in 30 minutes you were busy. Called back in 30 no answer, called at 45 no answer, called again 1 hour later a girl answered and said you were not doing any carry out orders there was a concert in town (someone I’ve never heard of) and you were too busy. Would have been great to have been told that the first time so I could make other arrangements. It seems your new mgr of Year or so is completely okay with turning business away. Perhaps you either need another new manager who isn’t in the business of turning people away or one that knows how to successfully staff your facility to accommodate a busy night. But after tonight I think it’s safe to say we will not be coming back until you get it figured out.

UPDATE: We thought we would give it one more try last night. 7:15pm we are told they can’t do any to go orders (your website says dine in or carry out) to call back in Surprise 30 minutes they’re too busy. I asked what was going on in town this time she said “Nothing, our kitchen is just too small to accommodate tables and to go orders at the same time.” So let me see if I have this correct.. You expanded the restaurant adding about 20 new tables.. but you didn’t think about the kitchen size to accommodate business? If you aren’t going to do to go orders TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE and be dine in only! This was the last chance and...
