5/2025 I was so happy to see that Arby's had finally returned their White Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese to the Menu so I made a bee-line there to get some along with their new BBQ pork briscuit sandwich for lunch.
Unfortunately, I always get very inconsistent food quality & order accuracy & service at this location. This particular day the BBQ sandwich had NO sauce on it, but they were sure to put pickles on it - that I'd asked to not be included. When I contacted them, they ignored me. No return email, phone call, or letter. Nothing. And even after a followup note there's still been no acknowledgement from Arbys, none from the franchise group & nothing from the owner or their regional rep.
If they have more than 2 cars at the drive-thru window you can be assured of longer than expected waits, including "traffic jams" along with occasional 'parking-lot rage'. They seem to be unable to manage built up line of cars waiting for their food..
I was there one day when 1-3 cars in the line of about 10-12 total (an outrageous # of waiting cars at any fast food place) were parked too close to each other. Employees didn't tell drivers how far to pull ahead to wait for their order & altho they did continue to fill other orders, the customers who had gotten those orders couldn't get their cars out of the line & leave BC the cars b4 & behind them were too close together. Horns were honking, drivers got out of their cars & still no one came out of the store to tell the cause of the problem to just "pull a.h.e.a.d". IDK how long some customers must have waited in line, but it must have been a longgg time - because of O.N.E car.
Be prepared to wait awhile if you go here & be sure you double check that your order is complete & correct before you pull away from the drive-thru window. If one word could describe this location it would be Inconsistent.

When I got to thw window the guy that took my money was rude as HELL š Then as I recieved my change from paying I was asked rudely again to pull forward to wait for my food. I was able to quickly ask for some Arby's sauce before the window closed. So I pulled forward like I was asked and waited 11 mins for my food. When I finally received my food the young man that brought it out didn't say sorry for my wait or thank you. The bag was wide open so my cheese sticks and potatoe cakes were getting cold. So as I always do before I leave a resturant I look in my bag to check to see of my order is right and NOPE it wasn't. Only part of it wasn't. I wanted 2 fish sandwhiches a large order of potatoe cakes and a large order of cheese sticks. I received my 2 sandwiches and order of cheese sticks and a large curly fries which were all over in my bag bc it had fallen over and I had no Arby sauce. So I had to get out of my warm car and go inside. I waited patiently for my turn at the counter to let the young man know that my order was wrong. He said rudely "whats wrong"? I said that I just came thru the drive thru and didn't order a curly fry. As I could see my large order of potatoe cakes sitting in the fry warmer Not a sorry or anything was said by the young man about the mix up. He took my large order of curly fries out of my hand rudely and grabbed my potatoe cakes and almost like threw them at me and then walked away. Again no sorry or really any words came out of young mans mouth. I live in this area and will NEVER EVER come back to this Arby's again!! I did my survey on my receipt and haven't had a response back from anyone to make this complaint about my service. End of my rant of...

When I got to the window I realized I didn't say what dressing I wanted, but it didn't matter anyway because he thought for some reason I said chicken sandwich . So he put me in for a salad š„. Once I pulled off and before I left the lot , I noticed it had beacon š„ on it and I don't eat pork. They menu didn't mention bacon on it. So I went back in line now running late for work because of all the corrections needed to be made. When I got the salad again, I didn't see anymore bacon, but I noticed it looked a little stingy this time. When I went to eat my lunch at my clients house,as soon as I opened the lid, I smelled and saw a piece of bacon. So I searched the salad and saw that they just picked the bacon out instead of remaking my salad fresh all together. To make my point finally, by law that is illegal and if I didn't pay attention and just trusted that they corrected it properly, I would've been in the hospital and they would have had a law suit, for thinking it was funny to treat me like that. I got a full refund and a store credit, but like I told the manager I'm afraid to eat here now. I don't want anyone else tampering with my food out of anger. I will use my store credit elsewhere. It might take me a long time to go back to that location, if not never again. I don't play games like that with my life and health. It's principal too ,that we must look at. People hurt other people everyday including on the job. If anyone goes here,please take head and really check your food more than once. Hold up the line if you must. Stay...
