My niece and I stopped here to eat before her gymnastics class. Soon as we walked in she wanted to sit at the counter. The area was a mess yet 3 girls just stood at the counter talking until I asked for a rag so I could clean it up. The head manager quickly walked over and cleaned it right away and apologized. We spoke for a few moments about running a restaurant he was the owners son. We talked about the girls just standing there vs then asking or just applying them selves to help each other out. One waitress knew my niece and her order before we fully sat down which was so sweet. She wasn't our waitress unfortunately we had to different waitress my nieces food wasn't what I asked for but close enough and again the waitress that knew her caught it from across the room and fixed it immediately. I wish I knew her name. All I know is that she has 3 children one with special needs. The manager (owners son) was the one who checked on us, cleaned up as I stacked everything to the side. A 5 year old goes threw a lot of napkins. Also, again the waitress who knew my niece was more assistance then whom ever our actual waitress was. So when tipping it's hard because your not tipping the person who took care of you ,and went out the way to help you during your dinning moment. They do a "share tipping" I believe is what they call it. Ans that's not fair to me because there were staff that went above and beyond and others who just stood there who I feel don't deserve a tip. As I child my father was the head raw bar chef at the Waterfront I'm Covington, KY and we lived off his tips so I know how important tips are and can be! Thank you for the staff who made our visit nice and my niece happy đ. Even though the food didn't sit well with me and I got sick 5x at the gymnastics class thankfully I was able to see her do some of her practice. This was my first...

Their black beans and rice vegetarian options are great. They are healthier and taste just as good if not better than the chili versions. On my last visit to the Bridgetown location, they offered up a 3 way black beans and rice that was simply divine. They could not have stuffed the container any fuller and I definitely got my money's worth. Thank you Skyline. The vegetarian chilito was also excellent.
Also Skyline has arguably the most professional, courteous, and efficient staff of any local fast food restaurant chain. Hands down.
I would give 5 stars if not for the higher sodium and fat content of most selections. But eat it as an occasional treat, pick the vegetarian options, and you'll be fine.
Also the drive thru at the Bridgetown location ends in a steep hill. All the time you're hoping the car in front doesn't roll down and hit you, you don't roll and hit the car behind you, and you don't get rear-ended by the car behind you. Time...
Read moreUPDATE: 4/10/24 there was a somewhat tall, older couple that walked in and clearly was either management or the owners. The reason we assumed so was because they helped themselves to dishes, drinks, crackers, and some items that were in drawers. The man walked over to a counter area and took his foot and pushed small pieces of trash on the floor, under the cabinets (it appeared to be pieces of drinking straw covers). That was very concerning because why wouldnât you have someone sweep up the trash? What else is being ignored and not cleaned properly? đŁ Shameful!
I always use the drive-through; fast, efficient, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Beth is always working the drive thru window when I go there. She is always professional, friendly, sweet, and a...
