By far the worst experience ever! I thought the Taco Bell on colerain and NORTHBEND rd was bad , THIS EXPERIENCE TAKES THE CAKE OF ALL TIME WORST ! Ordered 3 Chicken items and was RUDELY interrupted by the girl saying " WE AINT GOT NO CHICKEN WE RAN OUT". I said okayyyy I'll take them as steak then, we ordered $29.00 worth of food and to my surprise when checking the order after pulling up out the way, the gordita HAD CHICKEN INSIDE IT🤔 So now I've waited 23 minutes to get through the process completely from speaker to window . I had to go back through 5 car wait! To see why I'm charged steak and told chicken is gone then given chicken! After waiting 17 minutes with cold food now, I remind the girl she said no chicken, charged me for steak and now I get chicken , I also said the wait time to be fast food is ridiculous! She says ( SO YOU GOT CHICKEN AINT THAT WHAT YOU WANTED?) I said (ehh is there a price difference between the chicken and steak considering this is a large order? She says ( OH MY GOD YOU ASK FOR CHICKEN THEN YOU GET IT AN COMPLAIN!!) I said you know what ! Just remake my order so I can take it back to my kids hot ! She said ( you'll have to go back around the drive through and pay again because it's your fault it's cold )😒😠... I REFUSED TO PAY TWICE FOR SOMETHING I WS TOLD THEY DONT EVEN HAVE PLUS AN UPCHARGE FOR BEUNG STEAK! Following day I go in to see a manager receipt in hand! I'm told ( SYSTEMS ARE DOWN WE CANT VERIFY THE RECEIPT UNTIL SYSTEMS ARE BACK UP). I'm DONE with Taco Bell!! Every location near white oak, oak hills or colerain is TERRIBLE!!! Read moreWe tried using the app to place our order but it was not functioning properly. We had a very large order and the employee told us to just come in and place it. We arrive at the restaurant and they had closed their dining room 40 min early due to being "short staffed." There were four employees and only 2 cars in the drive thru.
An employee came to the door when we were trying to explain that we thought our large order might be best handled inside versus through the drive-thru. She had us wait outside in the cold while she consulted with the "manager" on whether we could be granted access to the dining room or not.
She then asked us to write down our order and proceed through the drive-thru. After doing so when we drove through the lady taking drive-thru orders had no idea what we were referring to when we said that we had given our order already at the door. As a reminder there's only 4 of them there, so this shouldn't have been hard to communicate to the staff.
Upon further explanation we're finally told to drive through to get our order and pay. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience for us having the app being down, having to wait outside, and then having to wait and explain everything again in the Drive-Thru. Employees were heard talking negatively about the situation while we were still there in line at the drive-thru. If there was in fact a manager on staff that was present, they should have address the situation but they didn't. Very...

First off, regardless of whatever Hours of Operation you find, assume that they open several hours after and a few hours before whatever the sign says. Placed an online order, website says the lobby closes at 10, drive through at 2 AM, I get there at 8:45 and they are closing up and turning away the people in the drive through. Since I had ordered (and, more importantly, already paid) online, I had to wait outside the locked door while they got the order ready. First bag they brought was not even close to my order. Then they told me if a meat substitution was okay for one of the things I ordered because they were out. I told them that was okay, it was late, it happens, I'll let it slide. Then as they bring my order out, they let me know that the online exclusive item (quesorito) they had run out of the items for, so they had to sub that out for something else. At this point I just let it slide again, grabbed my food, and left.
If this was the only incident I ever had here, that would be one thing, but the last several times I've gone to this location, I can't think of a time where everything just went smoothly. Something always seems to happen that messes something up, and I can tell the workers are frazzled about what is going on as well.
