I stopped at this Subway today to pick up lunch for me and the hubby. I have visited this location before and am usually impressed. Today, I walked in and was not acknowledged for a bit. The employees (all young women) talked to each other about who would get my order without greeting me or even glancing up. When one of them came to help me, I greeted her but she only asked what I wanted. I should note she wasn't outwardly rude, just dismissive and straightforward, but it was still a shame. Another woman got my second order and was not friendlier than her co-worker. One of them had a name tag that said "P-V" and the other had no name tag.
On the plus side, they made our food well. One salad, one six-inch, and they piled the ingredients on just as requested and put enough dressing on both to where I didn't have to ask for more. That seems to be rare. Once I got home and we dug in, the food was fresh and delicious. The food continues to deliver here, but the employees all need to work on their customer service skills. I only took off one star for that since I know it's a hard job and they likely deal with customers who act worse, but at the end of the day it is still their job. Hopefully they will get better at this and make this Subway a perfect...

However on my latest visit I ordered a tuna sub and the person making my sandwich would take the scoop, and rather than dipping the scoop into the tuna to get a full scoop, he instead partially dipped it, not only did he not get a full scoop, but he leveled off the scoop that was not throughly filled. I thought Chipotle was the only restaurant in town that has us all brainwashed into settling for skimpy servings. Read more6/18/2024-Like others have mentioned, I placed an online order using the BOGOF foot long sub promo since it was listed as a participating location. Within a moment of receiving the confirmation email, my order was cancelled. Per the email, I called the store. The guy that answered the phone said it was because they don't participate in the promotion. He apologized & said I'd be refunded in a few days. My boyfriend picked up a sub for me, which was great but not honoring promos when listed as a participating location will discourage me from ordering from here...
