White Oak Delicatessen & Convenience Store — Restaurant in Green Township

Earlier today, I came in the store to get a deli sandwich. Mind you, I’ve never been here before but decided to check it out. The sandwich menu has a variety of meats listed and the first one is roast beef. I asked for roast beef, ham, lettuce, onion, pickle and add bacon and egg. I forgot to mention the bread I wanted; I decided on white- toasted and cheese- Colby jack. It took 10 minutes to be prepared, I wasn’t concerned; I was getting it for lunch at work ( I was on my way to work). I get to work, open my sandwich and realized that it only had Ham and bacon on it. So here I am, on my15 minute break and I call the store. The owner spoke to the lady who made my sandwich and she said “she only heard ham and put double meat on the sandwich”. I explained that the first meat on the menu is roast beef and that I said it 2 times. The owner said that the only thing they can do is next time I come in make sure that “I” clarify what I want on my sandwich. Poor customer service is what this is. As this being my first visit to this establishment, this will surely be my last! I wish that I could post the picture I have of this “double decker” to show others how they treat...

Store owner never had issue with me or my gf or me ever being on phone in store …. And all of sudden today he got mad bc I put my phone on speaker to pay for Apple Pay. bc my gf was in hospital … so he followed me out of the store actually came outside and said “don’t do that again” I said “what are u talking about” ? And he told me to never put my phone on speaker in then store ever again I was like what did I do wrong ? He just walked away ….. he used to be cool idk what happened but this place is even ripping me off charging me 81 cents for limit fee but he said it’s 75 we’ll i did the math and added it up he randomly addd his own fee and u can’t talk to him about it or nothing he just will tell u to leave his store so there obviously issues with this place and I’ve actually put her on speaker in store a lot before he always ask her how she’s doing and stuff so idk what his issues are but no one...

This shout out is long overdue. I needed a lot of finger food quickly for after my dad's funeral. I went to White Oak Deli on Wednesday afternoon, 5-18-22, and ordered 10 finger sandwich trays, large veggie tray, large fruit tray (which isn't even a menu option but they made an amazing one for me), a snack tray and 2 garnish trays for the sandwiches. They had everything ready for pick up on Saturday morning, 5-21-22. Everything was so well done and the quality of the food was outstanding. I can't thank the wonderful people at White Oak Deli enough. They made a really difficult time a little bit easier and for that I am so grateful. I would absolutely recommend this business and I'm so happy to have them located in my community. Thank you...
