With all due respect, what you responded in my mother review does not reflect what actually happened during our visit.
1-The server said these exact words “ La silla que tenemos no la siento segura para darla ”Does your restaurant only have one high chair? I still don’t get this. I had to use my stroller ,which I had to carry up two stairs since you don’t even have a ramp , which would be very important to have in a restaurant, especially for people with disabilities. 2-The appetizer did not arrive 14 minutes after .We had to ask the server for it after an hour, and she said it was almost ready. When she finally brought the main dishes, not only were they cold, but the portions were not satisfying. I requested my meat well-done and got medium-well. My brother asked for medium-rare and got it raw instead. He had to send it back, and the server only brought it again when the rest of us had already finished eating. You should review your systems again because it’s obvious you did not...
Read moreI paid $108 for a plate of churrasco with salad and yuca, and a plate of picanha with rice yuca and salad.. the worst part is, it was reheated food. The food made it to us cold, the rice looked dehydrated and the meat was tough, cold and dry. I was going to let slip, but then as Im getting into my car I realized I paid $108 for that, I still dont know the math, but each plate was about $22-24, plus a capuchino… then they added an 18% service fee (which is not for the waitress) and I tipped the extra normal 20%… I didnt realize I was doing this because they dont bring you the check, they come to you with the payment terminal, tell you the amount and you swipe your card, and I just didnt second think the price and added the extra 20%.. Beautiful place, and the service people are very nice and kind and attempt, but with cold food and those prices I am not coming back… Reply: my voluntary tip was $18… How did two meals of $24 and a...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience at Coco Mambo in Greenacres!
We stopped in on a whim and couldn’t believe this place isn’t packed yet. The food was amazing with authentic Cuban flavor, generous portions and everything came out fresh and beautifully plated. I ordered the croquettes and ropa vieja and my man had the filet mignon. Both were perfect.
Our server Laura was friendly, attentive and made great drink recommendations. The manager Frank checked on every table and truly made us feel welcome. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience.
The vibe is lively but comfortable, perfect for a date night or family dinner. Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get.
Greenacres needed a spot like this. Highly recommend everyone check out Coco Mambo on Military Trail before it gets...
