Terrible service and everything is ridiculously overpriced. These people are thieves. Two occasions ordered 2 pounds of tortillas, got charged for them and didn’t receive them. The carnitas come drenched in grease and they charge a lot for the pound and give you less than what you asked for. Ordered a container of menudo and it came with a big chunk of plastic floating in there (how did they fail to see it?). Have also gotten long stands of hair in menudo in the past. I've been coming to Azteca for over 3 years and weekly, today the usual experience was not like before. I ordered my usual 1 pound of carnitas and this time the amount of food was off and we mentioned it to the cashier and all she said is to scale it in your home. What a rude answer. We see the pos system scale telling us that it weights 0.56 which is not a pound, she said that the scale is not the same scale that they use for their food. Poor service. I used to love coming here but 2 nacas made my love for this place go out the door. Maria the owner as she said who she was shame on you. 12 minutes for my food order and it was actually 30. The last time I ordered a burrito I got 1 lime with it. So when I ordered it again it had no lime. They told me to buy a lime and cut it myself. They then laughed at me saying problem solved. Officially has lost me.
