Kingdom Buffet — Restaurant in Greenacres

Me and my family were very hungry and we decided to eat here cause why not. But my little sister literally ate a glass and damaged her tooth from their food. We were in shock and we Immediately let the guy know but took forever to get the guys attention that walked us in our tables. He came and we told him that my little sister damaged her tooth and that we lost our appetite and that we didn't appreciate what my sisters food had, we hope he'd understand what happened but no. They don't care. All they care is about their money. Meaning that if you eat something raw or bad food or even chewed on glass in their spaghetti food, they still charge you even if my little sister tooth got damaged. We could had sued them for leaving a piece of broken glass on their food damaging my sisters tooth but we decide not to but looking back at it we should had 100%. If anyone wants to eat good Buffet please dont come here, even their waiters aren't perfect nor professional cause all they want is their tips and yet they dont give good service at all. If anyone experiences anything like this just know you still have to paid for the food. Even if it mean biting a broken glass on their food in...

YOU WILL GET SICK!!

I've given this "restaurant" more chances than it ever really deserved. I've gone for lunch, sometime between lunch and dinner, and dinner. No matter the time the food that is meant to be hot is ICE COLD. The restaurant is dirty, the restrooms are dirty. The three times I've given this awful place chances I've gotten sick while I was still eating.

I tried to speak to the owner to complain about the holding temperatures of the food. I expressed strongly how they shouldn't be piling on the old food, when it's clearly been out for at least 6 hours and now even longer until it's fully finished.

The owner went on and on about food cost, and how it's too expensive to throw the food away when it's been out too long or has dropped past it's required holding temperature.

Besides the food that makes you sick, the service is also extremely poor. They hardly ever come by to grab plates and refill drinks BUT will be the first to complain about a "small" tip for the poor service.

It's really a shame, they charge more than most buffets for such a poor quality of food and service.

Ok it really is quite bad. The reviews definitely scared me but i was hungry and haos asian cuisine was closed. The place didn't look bad, i got a little bit of everything to get a good idea of what was good and bad. Overall, its bad. The staple dishes like the general tsuos chicken and pepper chicken were bland and tasteless. The sushi looked so bad i felt if i would have ate them i certainly would have been sick, the salmon sushi was very pale and looked like it was very much beyond its edible life. The fried shrimp was so bad i had to spit it out, the bourbon chicken is the worst ive ever tasted, the cheesy crab stuff was pretty awful too. My favorite was probably the bbq pork, it was good. The chicken wings were on the salty side. White rice was dry because it was not kept in a rice cooker but rather in a buffet tin. Overall value is poor because 14.14$ (16$ after tip) for the food i got was not worth it, even if i get to eat all i want.
