Miami Grill — Restaurant in Greenacres

I went through the drive thru, and they were inaccurate on the speaker —I asked to pull forward to make it easier as I know sometimes it’s not clear on the headsets. I pulled forward to make sure the details of my order was correct. When I got back to work I got a steak philly instead of a chicken philly. The breads for the turkey sandwich were SOAKED in vinegar making it completely inedible. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager the lady’s response was, “there is no manager here” I was completely shocked and asked her why there was no manger around. The male manager answered the phone at which point I told him my concerns. I’m back at work and cannot make a U-turn to replace food. He was completely rude and unprofessional and blaming me. Then he told me that I can bring back the food tomorrow to replace. I explained that there is now 3 people to go hungry today with no lunch and we were just going to throw away as I do not want to stink my car up with the smell of old food. Will never come back to this location. I order about 2-3 times per week Miami subs $30 every time. But the manager couldn’t even say I’m sorry...

On recent visits to this location, I’ve had horrible experiences at night with the evening staff twice. The african American Jamaican lady is always extremely rude to the customers. I’ve come twice around 12:40 and was denied service, once by the Jamaican lady and once by the Iranian kid. She yelled we are closed and didn’t even speak. The young kid sat on his cell phone while sitting on the counter and stated we are closed. It clearly states online and at the restaurant that this location is open until 1:00 pm. I never have a problems when I visit this location during the day. Unfortunately it is the late night staff that has put a bad taste in my mouth. My experience is always extremely terrible. This is just my humble opinion, If you don’t want to do your job and work in customer service then find a job where you can be lazy and talk to people any way you want. The night staff customer service is horrible and these issues should be addressed instantaneously by management. One bad apple spoils a bunch. I always love Miami Subs/Grill. I only order the steak and cheese with onions, cheese but every time I do, it hits the spot. We visited the Lakeworth location specifically this evening and I was not let down. The girl at the counter was sweet and the owner was friendly and went above and beyond. The owner seems very attentive and cares about everything going on in the restaurant. When I hopped out of the booth to get water, he was alert to see what I needed.

The food was delicious. I used to work at a steak shop, I know how to make a “balanced” sandwich and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The bread was warm and soft. The owner told me that they make the bread at their location (no sugar added) and it really showed in the bread. We ate here at 8 pm at night and most places don’t have bread this soft, this late. We drive 25 mins for any Miami Subs and this location is well worth the drive.
