China Buffet — Restaurant in Greencastle

Decided to try this place again after new management. I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. I paid $16.48 for my 6 year old daughter and myself to eat supper. I got the buffet and she got plain lo-mein as she does not like the vegetables in the one offered on the buffet. We were circled like vultures by staff and they were obviously taking about us as we were eating but I couldn’t figure out why. Then an employee told me that she was not allowed to have anything from the buffet because she did not purchase a buffet. She had taken a piece of broccoli off my plate. Glass in food!!!What a terrible place to eat! I went off of reviews and thought my son and I were going to enjoy a half way decent lunch. Again, based upon positive reviews. Not at all the case!!! This was my first time visiting the China Buffet in Greencastle. I found they had a very nice variety of food items. It was about 6 pm when we went on a Wednesday night. The one thing I would say is that several items on the buffet were old. For example, the chicken for the sweet and sour chicken was to tough and chewy. Same with the fried shrimp.
