30 dollar online order, placed ahead of time, arrive and have to wait 15 minutes in drive thru anyway at the window because they made none of it before I arrived.
When I'm in the drive thru I watched Raymond Heagy wipe his nose with his gloved hands as he was walking around the front of the line and he went right back to the food right after.
And I don't know why but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My order is WRONG. I don't want tomatoes, I don't want sour cream I tell you people over and over, whether I'm ordering online, or telling you at the drive thru I get home and I open my food up and lo-and-behold I spent a great deal of money on food that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole because it's layered in tomatoes and sour cream after I specifically asked for it not to be.
This time it was an online order. We got a very specific crunchwrap, and it was done right. So how is the second half of the order still wrong? Who is back there that can't just take the time to read? Why wasn't the order started on before I arrived since I placed it ahead of time? Why is the back door propped open with a box, which is against company policy and safety regulations, and why do I see an employee sprinting back and forth from the building to a truck parked outside 4 times? Questions that deserve answers, orders that...
Read moreThe only time I ever went to this taco bell. Will not return. I used the app to place my order and somehow the app messed up the order. We told the druve thru person the order was inaccurately sent BEFORE they started making the food. They told us there was nothing they could do to fix it and they had to follow the reciept. So, they proceeded with making the INCORRECT order. After arguing with the drive thru employee for about 5 minutes, I called and spoke to the manager who backed this decision, saying that fixing it would have cost them money so he would have done the exact same thing. A single item was inaccurate. The cost difference was maybe a dollar or two. Worst customer service ever. "There is nothing we can do. We are a franchise so you can contact the main office about this issue." Just wow. So hard to just make the right food instead? Shout out to Danville Taco Bell. We placed an entirely different order and drove over there to get the replacement just so we weren't contributing to Greencastle Taco Bell's paychecks. That Taco Bell has GREAT...
Read moreThis past Wednesday I went there and somehow they had run out of 12 in tortillas and I told the lady in the window it's no big deal that you gave us to because they don't know how to roll burritos there anyways. I get home and our food literally look like it was thrown together and then thrown around and then put in the bag. I called up to Taco Bell and asked if the lady that answered was a manager. She said yes. Then I told her the issue and she THOUGHT she hung up on me. I listen for 10 minutes well they rudely or laughing how she had acted like she lost a disconnection and they were saying things that I didn't say and calling me a b** and it was very demoralizing listening to someone in the customer service industry talk about a customer like that. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I have never talked about a customer like that. If you don't have the self-respect to be able to respect someone else then don't go in the customer service industry. I can honestly say that I will never go back to that Taco Bell in...
