Cinnabon — Restaurant in Greendale

Made an order on the app for pickup. Sent screenshot to my daughter so she could pick it up for me, since I was in an accident earlier in the week & have trouble walking. When my daughter got there, they told her she could not pick it up, because they didn't know if she was able to pick it up. So I had to come inside & I asked for a manager. First they told me there was not one there, then they went in back to get her. The manager, Zena, came to the front, & I told her all that happened. I don't know about these reviews....they seem pretty fabricated to me. These cinnabons don't seem as fluffy as they've always been everywhere else. They're very thinly rolled and have a lot of layers. That may seem like a good thing, but it's not. They also charge $1 for extra frosting, and the container is not even filled all the way. They didn't want to honor a t-mobile tuesday coupon and they didn't want to sell me the churros with the coupon even though the fine print said otherwise. She was a bit mean to me, and then when i finally got the churros i had to order it on the app because i think they were trying to bully me into spending more money than i had to with the coupon. Finally i got the churros and they tasted raw, complete waste of time and energy for subpar sweets. Their cold brew is also disgusting...
