Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Greendale

3 people working on 11/6 were extremely rude and not helpful. Came with a coupon to order a large 2 topping at 630pm to be told they ran out of dough. Then after seeing various slices being madeni inquired again to then be told they stopped doing whole pies at 6pm, which is absurd seeing as though they store is open until 8pm. Ultimately was greeted with rudeness and typically don't say much but this case warrants the bad review. Not ok. Had to but seperate slices to pay more than what I would have paid to get way less than half of a large...

I am a lifelong fan of Rocky Rococo Pizza, it came out when I was 9 in my hometown of Madison. I went to a mall this time, South something mall, on 76th. The woman working was NOT paying attention. I waited and waited. I COULD HAVE just walked off with every jar of sauce on the display, she never noticed me, or that I took a jar to buy, until I brought it to her attention when I bought my slices (after finally speaking directly to her to get her attention as her back was turned.) I'm 59, never have I met such a rude and unconcerned Rocky's...

The kids the have working are a joke. Playing on their phone and headphones. Need to figure out how to get a DoorDash out when they say they are going to. Young girl told me it would be 20-30 minutes beyond the quoted time for me to earn $5 on the order… she then complained that, “sometimes the orders sit on the shelf for hours and no one picks them up” This store gets paid for that order regardless. They think there doing the customers a favor by not getting the orders done on time this has been going on...
