Bubblelicious Bubble Tea Southridge — Restaurant in Greendale

The southridge location has really deteriorated. I used to love going here but the quality of drinks are always inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks are sweet, sometimes flavorless and sometimes so chunky that it’s hard to drink. The reason for my review however they’re always out of boba!!! Consistently..today is my 5th time going to order and getting turned away because there was no boba. Either I have very bad luck or there could be something done to be more efficient and consistent. Why do they wait to make more boba only once they’ve run out ?? Then it’s 30 minute wait. Not to mention there was three employees present who seemed to be just hanging around during their 30min break. It’s also unpleasant to see employees with they hair down and no aprons. I love boba and bobalicious drinks but I think current employees and/or current ways of doing things is just not working. I hope to see consistent drinks, clean looking employees and for there to be boba at a boba tea shop...

Best Bubble tea in town honestly. It’s a lot closer to home. And they don’t just offer bubble teas, they have awesome smoothies as well! I just wish the service was better. I think the opening hours changed because I used to go before work or school but now they open closer to 11. Too late for me unfortunately. I'll try and go during the later hours and either there's no staff working, they'll be gone for hours at a time, or they're too busy talking. There's also been times where I’ve started approaching and the employee leaves to go chit chat with others around. There’s always one guy and one girl that whenever I come, they don’t help at all. They just go on their phones or talk and ignore or just stand there. But most of the employees are nice whenever I'm able to catch one. Visited for the first time, and ordered a large taro boba and asked to pay for a scoop of the rainbow boba on the side of my drink. The employees stated that the owner will absolutely NOT, allow them to put a scoop of any boba on the side! Even if we paid extra? They are instructed that they can’t scoop anything on the side? They stated it doesn’t matter if other establishments do that, they don’t and that the owner will not allow it ever? The staff was quite short and expressed they (just work there and don’t make the rules?) When asked if there was someone we could speak with to clarify, they said leave a review??
