For the first time ever I Took my six-year-old last week Saturday. We got there at 10:25 AM by the time we paid our fee put our socks on it was past 10:30am. My daughter did have a good time on the actual trampoline. The issue is, we were only able to be there for 30 minutes since by 11 a.m.. They announce that the little kids under six jump time was now over. When I went up to the stand they said we had to pay yet again if we wanted to stay after 11am. I believe it was not my fault since When we first arrived, the person at the front desk, who mind you later I found out was a manager in training, with a half smile asked me how many tickets I needed, and if I need the socks.. he never said anything about the time changing in just 30min. Mind you there was nobody behind us at that point. So he definitely had the time to let me know what was going on, but he didn't and my issue is the fact that he did not tell me that I was going to have to pay again after 11AM if I wanted to stay. All of this could've been avoided if he would've mentioned this to me and instead of paying at 10:30 AM to jump for 30min I could have just waited 30min, and paid at 11AM so we can use the open jump for a couple of hours. I ended up paying over $30 plus for the entry plus The socks for only a 30min jump time😔. I found one of the actual managers her name is Lauren. She was very rude. She did not have the time to hear me out, so I could explain what really happened. She gave me a one sentence answer, saying I had to pay again if I wanted to stay and jump, and that was that even though I tried to explained that it was her employee that caused this by not explaining the situation to me. Plus this was our first time there. The point is they did not do anything for me and my daughter and honestly that was very disappointing, and infuriating. I normally don't go around trying to get free stuff and that is not what I wanted. I told her I don't mind paying the difference for my daughter to be able to jump at least another 30 minutes, but I don't think it's fair that I had to pay for 2 new tickets for us when we only got 30min in the 1stplace. I don't know if this makes sense. I'm sorry for ranting. I was just very frustrated, and honestly still am I debated on doing this, but figured I should and hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else ever again. Honestly, I don't think I will be going there ever again. (Not like they care )I'd rather give my money to somebody that would be more understanding, especially since my daughter left there very upset almost in tears, the issue is I didn't have more money to spend at that time. I literally took my daughter there as a gift for her birthday since it recently just passed. Even though I have my other children that would've loved to go I just cannot afford it at the moment, so had I known I would've just waited for 11 AM that's my point. Nobody mentioned that they could've at least allowed my daughter to jump for another 30 minutes. Anyways, if you read this, thank you for sticking around lol I hope this doesn't happen to you or anybody else. Sad. They make so much money by families and they can't do anything to help the families when they were in...
Read moreWe had our daughter’s birthday party at Skyzone Greenfield this past weekend. I had been conversing with a Latavia through email about the party. I had mentioned more than once that I would have more than 10 jumpers at the party. I was told that I could pay my balance the day of the party. I had said that “that would be great, as I would rather make two payments than three.”
We arrive at 9:50am for the 10am party. I was told we couldn’t arrive any earlier than that (even though their website says to arrive 30 min before your party so everyone can get checked in, waivers signed and get their socks, and not lose any jump time.) Everyone in the party had their waivers signed ahead of time, but it was still a complete cluster F and disorganized mess when we got there. Our party host CeCe was a sweet girl, but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I once again mentioned we had more than ten jumpers, but CeCe insisted that we pay the remaining balance at that very moment. I ordered an extra pizza and paid the balance (without the extra jumpers yet). We asked if we’d be able to get into our room at which we were told it was upstairs (it was 10:10am at this point). We head upstairs and the door is locked. We finally get someone to come open it and Cece says “you cannot do anything further until you pay for the extra jumpers” to which I said “but what if the extras don’t arrive? I don’t want to pay for them if they don’t come.” I figured I’d be able to pay for them as they came to which I was told no. The kids were finally all able to start jumping at around 10:15, fifteen minute after the party started.
The pizzas arrive and they forgot the extra one. It took another 15 minutes for it to be done and the kids were all waiting.
Two of the extra jumpers did not show up. But I had already paid the $80 for the four extra jumpers. I spoke to the manager and asked if I could get a refund on the two jumpers who didn’t show up. She was very confused and said “you shouldn’t have paid for them until they arrived”, in which I said that I was told that wasn’t allowed. She then said that the $40 should go back onto my account. I was then asked by another girl how our party host was and I said “she was fine”. I was then asked, in front of her, if I’d like to leave her a tip. I worked as a server for over ten years and never ever would I ask a table to tip me. That puts people in a really uncomfortable position. I planned to tip her anyways, but the fact that I was asked in front of her was extremely awkward. I ended up tipping her more than I would have wanted to based on her service, but I was in such a weird spot that I felt obligated to give her more.
I will never ever use Skyzone Greenfield for a party ever again. It was way too expensive for an hour and 45 minutes party with a disorganized check in, sub par service, and...

I'm rarely moved to write reviews, but the nosedive this Sky Zone location has taken is not just disappointing, it's downright dangerous. For about a glorious month, this place was our family's happy place on saturdays. The energy was fantastic, the facility felt well-managed, and it was all thanks to a remarkably capable and attentive 16ish-year-old employee. He was on top of everything, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and his presence made all the difference.
Then, he was gone. And apparently, so was any semblance of care or cleanliness. It's as if the moment that young kid walked out, everyone else clocked out mentally. Suddenly, the vibrant park we loved became a grimy, neglected mess. The same surfaces we saw wiped down daily now look like they haven't seen a cleaning cloth in months. The grime is palpable. The inflatables, once bouncy and inviting, are now sad, saggy shadows of their former selves, so poorly inflated that they literally rest on the hard concrete floor beneath them. What's the point?
But the absolute lowest point, the incident that will have us canceling our membership and never looking back, happened yesterday. My two-year-old, toddling in the designated kid's area – an area you'd expect to be extra vigilant about safety – tripped and smashed his face into the sharp metal stairs. His top lip was split open, and the amount of blood gushing from his little mouth was terrifying.
I understand we sign waivers. I understand accidents happen, even though those stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen in a toddler play place. What I cannot and will not understand is the absolute, stone-cold indifference of the Sky Zone employees. Multiple staff members saw my child, saw the blood, saw my panic, and not a single one offered a hand, a first-aid kit, a tissue, or even a word of concern. They just stared. In a place filled with children, this lack of basic human decency and emergency preparedness is appalling.
Our amazing Sky Zone experience rotted from the head down. What was once a source of joy is now a filthy, hazardous environment staffed by people who apparently couldn't care less about the well-being of their little customers. Save your money and protect your children. Go anywhere else.
Original Review
Tyler is one of the main reasons we have such a great experience and keep bringing our almost 2 year old on the weekends for “little leapers”. His energy while working a morning shift is something you don’t see often anymore (especially from teenagers), and he helped me set up a membership for the little guy and it couldn’t have been easier. Thanks...
