DIA Café — Restaurant in Greendale

Great atmosphere, stellar staff. I’m a HUGE fan of their monthly drink specials, conjured up by the brilliantly creative Lucia. Examples include the cleverly named Bidi Bidi Bom Bom (a cherry and coffee delight) Rugrats (captain crunch meets coffee) and Love Muffin(blueberry latte confection). Barista Cap was so friendly and helpful -manning the register, whipping up the coffee drinks and even tried to find us an outdoor umbrella on a hot day. Recently on the recommendation of employee Renee Rose, I tried the jerk chicken. It BLEW ME AWAY. Same for the ranchero bowl. My appreciation to the chef (who I later found out was Manny). Lucia, Cap, Renee and Manny represent Dia in the best way possible. They are the face of the restaurant, along with all others I have interacted with who go above and beyond. Dia employees exemplify what good customer service looks like....

Where to start? The atmosphere was friendly and bright, and the place was crowded, which was just a testament to how good the service and product was. I ordered the Mt. Crumpit (a white chocolate peppermint mocha served as a holiday special referencing the Grinch). It came out very quickly and it was very hot to go 🔥 🔥🔥The staff was friendly, the floors and tables were clean and it was even pet friendly. 🐶 I enjoyed my visit here immeasurably and can only hope I shall have the opportunity to visit again in the very near future. Excellent work....

Cheerful little spot with great coffee, I like to stop when I’m in the area. The girls working there are always sweet, and do their best to keep up with orders, it can get busy at times. I enjoy trying the creative seasonal drinks, and my usual is the oat milk honey lavender cold brew, so good! Excellent baked goods too.
