Subway — Restaurant in Greenfield

My wait time till I actually got 1 sandwich and walked out of the door was 30 minutes! Btw there’s so many FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONSin that place! They don’t change out the bins that hold the food in the cooler they just dump the new portioned food into the old bin that sits on the line, NO DATES WRITTEN ON ANY BINS THAT HOLD FOOD !!!! The old guy, in front of me, dumped new lettuce straight from THE BAG into the old,dirty,brown lettuce caked on the sides bin. That’s just 1 thing I’m writing about,there’s more. I’m completely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and standards in which these people hold themselves to! I will NEveR be coming back here! I hope an inspection happens randomly and you get audited! To the owner,

Please look into the upkeep, cleanliness of your store and learn the daily habits of your employees while they work in your store. If you don’t it will come back around to you. Being a neglectful owner does not lead to a profitable business. Put money and time back into your business and you will see success!

As for my sandwich, I ordered a foot long, the sandwich is supposed to be cut in half and when I opened the wrapping I realized that the old guy didn’t even cut my sandwich in half! The lettuce did not have a good texture it was slimy and had many brown pieces in it. The bread was not cooked properly! It looked like they burnt a batch and the other was not cooked...

Went in today to order three subs. Was next in line only to be skipped and they started taking the order of the person behind me. Then when I was served by a blonde haired female (no name tag visible)she was beyond rude!! One of my subs was a BLT (bacon lettuce and tomato) and she was not going to put any tomato on it. So I was like oh it still needs the tomato and she was like that sub doesn't come with tomato...I was like but it is a BLT, she proceeded to tell me It just comes with bacon ma'am, She treated me as if I was stupid, but on their menu when you go online it does show and say bacon lettuce and tomato and even when you Google what is on a subway BLT sub It says bacon lettuce and tomato. With as rude unprofessional and unpolite as she was she should not be working in...

We have eaten at Subways across the US and have been allowed substitutes for the meat on a kids meal.  We have paid the difference if the location determined it should cost more. We had no problem doing this.

However this location refused a kids meal to have anything except turkey, ham or roast beef.  One of the employees was incredibly rude when we explained we've substituted all across the US with no problems and we know it might cost more. Before we could finish explaining one employee just pointed to the menu and said no.   We walked out and had them throw away the 2 other sandwiches they had already made when met with such a flippant attitude.  This kind of service will make...
