Normally when I go through the drive thru at this location the customer service is pretty good. I decided to go in and place an order on 10/29 at about 7:52 am. It was a man who brought his biscuit back in about a min or so before me. Jose was at the register taking orders. He made eye contact with me not once but twice and didn’t acknowledge my presence. So I’m waiting as this man is just sitting at the register who has brought his biscuit back and requested it be corrected. I walk up and I ask if I can order Jose just looks at me I proceed to order, pay, give my name and step away from the counter. He took my receipt and placed it on the counter. He took two orders after me where he greeted them placed receipts in their hands etc. my coffee was ready again he sat it on the counter at which my name wasn’t called,and we made eye contact again the other customer was nice enough to get my attention and told me my coffee was ready. Jose was not the friendliest and in all honesty he has been the rudest cashier I’ve encountered at a biscuitville. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location everyone should be treated and greeted the same way as other customers. Read moreI've seen this restaurant numerous times in various parts of Greensboro. Being the "foodie" I am, I decided to visit this (Randleman) location.
Much to my surprise I was not impressed with my first visit. Upon my entrance, no one from the staff welcomed me. I found the lack of professionalism and courtesy to be atrocious.
There were about 6 or 7 employees engaging one another. One, a young woman was engaged on a telephone conversation in the dining area, she then proceeded past me to the area behind the counter. As I stood at the register area, to get familiar with the menu, not one employee approached nor acknowledged my presence. No one said, "Welcome to Buscuitville", "Hello", "How are you?", "May I take your order?", "May I help you?".
It was as if I did not exist.
I waited for about a minute or so to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me stranding there. No one did. I was in disbelief. Again, this being my first time in this establishment, I would not recommend visiting this location. I left in disbelief.
The lack of customer service was disgusting. There needs to be some serious Customer Service training. Unfortunately, Google forces me to give a star, if I could take back the ONE...
