KFC — Restaurant in Greensboro

Just being honest about restaurant's in Greensboro NC they are all going down hill do too bad attitudes,very high price's and very poor quality food portions ! And not to mention that the restaurant worker's give attitude either way the worker's in about every restaurant on randleman road in Greensboro NC are down right disrespectful and don't care about the coustomer's they just don't pay attention and are in a rush to get a coustomer out of their way and they roll their eyes and give disrespectful eye contact to a coustomer when the coustomer's are being very kind I've seen it happen time and time again in Greensboro NC. I'm being totally honest with everybody Greensboro NC is a disrespectful town altogether it don't matter where you go in this troublesome town that's why the restaurant's are so bad ! I have found hair in my food from several restaurants in Greensboro NC and undone meat and when I went to Mrs winners on randleman road in Greensboro NC I was wanting to order some chicken but I politely asked to see what the fried chicken looked like before I bought it and the lady I spoke walked to the other side of the room behind the counter to whisper to another Mrs winners employee about why I wanted to see the fried chicken before I tried to buy it I just wanted to be sure I'm not buying poor portions I'm not a guy that will get ripped off by a restaurant in Greensboro NC or take attitude from a disrespectful employee at a restaurant in Greensboro NC or anywhere ! But later I took a look at the Mrs winners website and saw that a coustomer ordered chicken and it was still raw I'm so happy I didn't order any chicken from Mrs winners on randleman road in Greensboro NC and they have a serious attitude problem but it seems like the boss's don't even care cause if I was their boss they would be a former Mrs winners employee automatically for treating coustomer's with disrespect ! I believe in handling things in a necessary way to make the coustomer's happy and...

I'm there usually once a week. I've signed up for their text messages with a weekly special. I've gotten hooked on KFC. The chicken is really very flavorful and meaty. I like the original recipe. I don't care for lots of crust. It's good, I've had it but I prefer less. I really like the KFC famous bowl, creamed potatoes, gravy, corn, cheese, and chicken nuggets. I like to fish out my nuggets and eat separately with hot sauce. It's very satisfying meal. I love their biscuits. Best flavor and consistency. I get honey to put on my biscuit but once I take a bite a lot of times I don't even bother with the honey. The biscuit is so good I just scarf it down. I love honey but should stop getting it cos it doesn't make it to my biscuit most of the time. The chicken pot pie is absolutely delicious. The crust is perfect. I'd get it for the crust alone. However it does not satisfy my hunger. Not enough filling especially chicken. Either it's changed or I have. I know before the pandemic it filled me up now it doesn't. I think businesses are doing the best they can to have good food at affordable prices so I don't fault them. The pandemic changed and ruined a lot of good stuff. I do still get the pot pie b/c it is so very tasty . So far I've not had any bad food. All very good that I've tried. I most always do drive thru. I've never had to wait. The service has been very friendly...

Well, we stopped again today, August 20, 2022, sadly they are no better now than they were in July. We went to the drive-thru, the drive-thru employee was pushy to the point of bring outright rude, even after asking her to hold on a minute so we could see what we wanted to order, she kept yelling "Can I take your order" over and over and over again, until stupidly I ordered, we drove to the window and the same rude person was there being pushy and rude still, we paid and had to pull forward to wait for our order, we got it and when we got home to eat it was so greasy that it made us both sick. I have said it before, but we will never go back to this 1 again!! Super bad customer service and super greasy food that is overpriced and nowhere near worth what you pay for it. I would recommend people run away from this place as fast as they can. 😠 I really wish I could give negative stars or at least get my money back.

My husband and I stopped in on July 19, 2021. We went through the drive thru and ordered the 12 tenders box...we paid and they asked us to pull forward to wait for our food. 17 minutes later we were still waiting, at 20 minutes I finally had to go in and get our food. To my surprise our order was sitting on the counter getting cold. Needless to say we will not be going back to this...
