Please think twice before shopping here. For one Marty you are rude and need to find you a new job or side hustle because buddy this business is not for you. You don’t have no type of good customer service and the way you talk to people is unbelievable. I brought a mattress, and bed frame from this company 11 months ago. My daughter has only slept in the bed once or twice. I was cleaning one day and decide to look under her bed a noticed they half put the bed together. Ruined the wood by just screwing in the nails any type of way. I called and waited patiently weeks for these people to come out and check the bed. I called back to see why haven’t no one came and Marty the mad man answers the phone saying he doesn’t know why and he doesn’t know what I want him to do because Emily isn’t in and he doesn’t know when she is supposed to come by. He also stated we drop this bed off a year ago correct and yes you did but you had me thinking the whole entire time I could use this bed for a long time and she would grow into it and that was wrong because the darn bed was never put together properly in the first place. So I’m warning everyone do not shop here they do a half ass job and will promise you a whole bunch of bs. I was in desperate need of a new computer desk. With several in my online cart that I just wasn’t sure about and having visited a few stores, I was over it. In route to the grocery store, my Aunt spotted Gate City Emporium and stated we should check them out. So we did. It was truly a breath of fresh air. The customer service was wonderful! They had a variety of computer desk and chairs. So I ended up purchasing a new chair as well. There is an enormous amount of all kinds of beautiful furnishings (I already have my eye on something else). Best of all, the prices are very affordable and I was provided information on several buying options. Most importantly, I didn’t have to assemble the desk myself. Lol. I was going to sell my furniture $1500+ couch to them and they tried to tell me that it was $400 at target because one that looked like it was. Mine is multi- way convertible and not available anywhere. They attempted to offer $150 for a $1500+ piece of furniture where in their store they sell their furniture for $3k+... I only wanted $400 for the piece, a quarter of what it was worth a year old piece in perfect condition where they would sell it for 4x+ what the original price was.
