I went to this location on Friday 13th about four 12 in the afternoon. Went through the drive-thru there were no other cars ordered the two for $6 Big King Burger on potato buns one of them plain only cheese and sauce. When I get to the window and JANYIA place a finger on the window and held it there as if to tell me to wait! After two minutes she finally open the window I told her I needed the sandwich cut because I had just had surgery and my hand was broken! Sheehan's us the order I check the food this sandwich is not cut the meat is not fresh. I proceeded to pull around the building to go into the lobby doors to get my food corrected and the doors are locked! I go back around through the drive-through when I get to the window the manager comes to the window I told her I would like my sandwich remade and couldn't have she tells me that she did not cut my sandwich because the knife broke. What kind of establishment is this Burger King trying to be? It looks to me a very unprofessional one with rude employees. I definitely will not be returning to...
Read moreI sat inside and ordered online for DINE IN. It says as much on my receipt. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Im the only person sitting at the tables. Finally overheard that 'courtney hasn't shown up yet' So I go up to the counter. They ask am I here for Courtney. I said yes, I've been here waiting.
The manager then comes to tell me that I have to let them know that I'm there....which I did on the app by ordering Dine-in and my name is supposed to be called. It never was. So I told her thank you, twice. I will admit that I was dismissive, but not disrespect in any way. She then told.me I could leave, and when I didn't get up she threatened to call the cops on myself and my daughter. I'm homeless and just wanted to feed my little girl and rest for a moment.....and that is the kind of service I received.
When I asked her what the GMs name was, she said it was her. She then refused to give me the district manager's name.
I'll pray for her and that she treats other customers with more respect...

I always place mobile order last two times the orders have been wrong .. today i had to go back in the line again because they gave me wrong sandwhich there was a guy behind me who’s order was wrong as well. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger first time they gave me just a cheese burger went back around she gave me a new bag got home and it wasn’t a bacon double cheese burger it was a bacon cheese burger .. it’s sad because i believe the manger made the order and it still was wrong .. wish i could get my money back or something but it was a reward i was got on the app i also reported this through my mobile app as well and they said somebody will contact me .. this is literally my second review to this Burger King something told me don’t go back tonight but i did anyways .. oh did i mention waiting in line for 15 mins just to get wrong order smh...
